The Grand Rose Ballroom

My husband's command held their Christmas part here and I must say it was a very beautiful place! I've been to different ballrooms and events but I really truly liked this venue/ ballroom. They rented it for a few hours. They have an open bar in the corner and very large restrooms. There is a large open dance floor and additional rooms such as a dinning area, side dinning hall, ballroom and a sectional bar area.I spoke with the owner briefly and she informed me that her business is fairly new. After reviewing the website it looks like her business is about a year old. The owner is also a party planner as well. She informed me that she puts together all the decor ranging from the table tops, backdrops, walls tapestry to ceiling fixtures to wall decor. She also informed me there are different ballroom rental packages where they can provide plates, utensils, tapestry and linens to chose from a wide variety of colors to chose from that will fit your theme.The theme of this command party was winter wonderland and she hit the nail right on the head. As soon as my husband and I walked in, we felt like we were in Frozen (the Disney movie). The whole place just looked breathtaking and magical. It was stunning and I wish I took more photos because the photos I did take of the command party do not do this venue justice! This business has a Facebook page you should check out as well as a website. Those photos will do this place justice! Just check them out! I highly recommend! It's "Moreno" approved (approved by both my husband and I- we're the "Moreno clan").

My twin and I decided that we wanted to host a formal dinner/ party for our 60th birthday. We started out trying to plan a DIY event. We were going to rent a venue, decorate, and find vendors on our own. The task was overwhelming. We then redirected and started looking for an all-inclusive venue. Thank God, we eventually checked out "The Grand Rose Ballroom." The meeting with the owner, Pam, was refreshing and exciting. She listened to our rambling about what we wanted and then she magically described how she and her team could make our dream birthday party come true. We were convinced that Pam was committed to high quality customer service. Even the vendors (DJ, saxophonist, caterer, baker, bartender, etc) recommended by Pam exceeded our expectations. Pam communicated with us throughout the planning process. Okay to the fun part. The execution was amazing. The glamour was established at the entrance to the venue. As my twin and I made our grand appearance, we felt like stars, "lights, cameras, action". The venue was "Hollywood Ready." The attention given to every inch of the venue was breathtaking and spoke volume about Pam and her team's creative skills. We are forever thankful. The pictures speak for themselves. This is a first place venue! My event was gorgeously decorated well beyond my imagination. Food was scrumptious and everyone I talked to raved over it. The DJ provided kept the vibe that I wanted going. All of my guests had a great experience. I highly, highly recommend.

The Grand Rose Ballroom This would not have been possible without you. You are beyond talented, creative, ingenious, innovative, NEXT LEVEL, gifted, and most of all, so kind and sweet. It was only 6 months ago when my daughter approached me and told me she wanted a sweet 16 party and 4 months ago (Feb) we initially consulted with you and though we had so little time to plan, you took on the challenge with no hesitation. You told us that it usually takes 6-12 months to plan an event to this extent, but if we were serious, the date was open and you could make it happen in 4 months. Nasya told you she was a pink type of girl and set her theme as "16 Shades of Pink," told you her likes/style, and you took it from there. You told us that if we can dream it, you can do it; that you could do ANYTHING she wants. It was that day that I told you I trusted you with the project and to let's make it happen. You kept us informed every step of the way, and you and your team was always so kind in every interaction. With me being so busy, you took on the entire project and organization to the point that we only needed to show up ready the event the day of. I surely had the greatest feeling ever, and I was just as surprised as the birthday girl and her guests upon arrival. You will always have our love and support. I can't Thank You enough. Most of all, it was heartwarming for my daughter to tell me after her party that it was everything she wanted/imagined/dreamed of and MORE. A beautiful venue to host a party! The staff was wonderful. The decorations was so beautiful. I loved everything they did ..I recommend this place for any type of party birthdays , weddings, baby shower, retirements.

Horrible! ! BE SURE TO WANT THE VENUE BEFORE GIVING A DEPOSIT ! I was going to use this venue to have a quince. I went and the lady was nice at first (keep in mind we are Hispanic and I feel this woman was being racist) so blah blah she tells us everything her venue included. She says and I quote "if you change your mind at anytime I can give u back your deposit" and the contract said "you will loose any or all the deposits till this point" and she didn't let us have a good look at it so first red flag. We looked at it once we got home and found out what she did. We found a better venue after giving the deposit so we asked her nicely if we could get the deposit back, we got ghosted. So we are like "ok maybe she's busy." Text her like some weeks later still no answer comes the next month we're supposed to give the deposit so we met up with her again and told her and she said "I could go and decorate at the other but it will cost you more than the original price" (the original price was about 10 grand including everything even the venue) so she just ignored our questions . Also she was trying to get the decorations to HER LIKING. This was supposed to be MY quince MY choice of decorations. Then after that she completely ghosted us like nothing no text back or anything. We lost 2 grand to that woman. It was a scam. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Just be careful and read the contrary before signing anything.
