The Cuban Place

Amazing Cuban food and great atmosphere! The ropa vieja was tender and flavorful, and the Cuban sandwich was one of the best I've had. Friendly service, generous portions, and reasonable prices--highly recommend!

Not a fan, I've had better Cubans at a Tampa gas station. I was holding out for the food to redeem this whole experience, but no salvation! The service feels forced, with little warmth. The staff seams oddly under trained and annoyed. To boot 6 Cubans sat next to me, each apparently caring on their own loud conversation, as the each spoke louder and louder to drown the others out. I never need to give this place a second try. Yuk!

Really good choice, for dining in or to go. We got take out on the recommendation from a friend. I thanked them profusely for the tip. Plenty of parking. Nice dining room, so eat in or pick-up are both good options. But the food, some really good options:Material Soda - think Yerba Matte carnonated, really good. Empanadas - really tasty, the boating and the fillingPlantains - Maduroes are served with most entrees, they only give you two, but they are delicious.. Steak Sandwich - my son loved this, I was not as thrilled. It is a beautiful presentation.Cuban Sandwich - okay, this is my favorite sandwich here, heck it is my favorite st most Cuban restaurants and they do a great job of serving this traditional dish. . Really good foot, plus they service beer and wine.

This place was so good! Place was well maintained and the waiter was attentive. Restaurant did not have many people and I am surprised because it was really good. We got the empanadas and the meat inside was really tasty. My wife got the Cuban sandwich and it was also good. I got the roast pork plate and it was very very good, nicely marinated and very tender without being mushy! You don't often get pork that good! I recommend you try it out!

The Cuban food here is authentic and delicious... my boyfriend had the midnight sandwich and said it was really good. I had the Ropa Vieja with rice, black beans and maduros. It was a good sized portion and came with a small side salad as well. We also had a tres leches for dessert and a cafe con leche willing were perfect. The restaurant was quiet and the service was great. We will definitely be back.

One of the only places to get authentic Cuban food in town. Lumey and Domingo were very welcoming and the food was delicious! Can't wait to bring my wife here!

The food and coffee were delicious! The service left a bit to be desired but the staff were nice. The Cuban decor and music were a nice touch. We will be back!

First time and had the BomBon coffee the roasted pork entree which were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and will be coming back here very soon! 10/10

Service was really good and very friendly. The pork, plantains, and tostones were very good. The steak was also very good. I saw lots of to go orders also. Nice little spot off San Jose that has a nice outside area too. Will definitely go again.

Delicious! The photos say it all. Oxtails and Beef Fricasse. Fresh, tasty, quality ingredients and excellent service. Very clean, I mean spotless.
