Amazing breakfast spot!!Their corned beef hash is home made and so good!Perfect place to grab breakfast or brunch in the Daytona area. Family-friendly with tons of options. Easy to find right off A1A with easy parking. If you are in area be sure to give this place a try.... I will definitely be back!

Dined here for the first time November 24 2024It was excellent! I had a Greek omelet and it was so flavorful. Very reasonably priced for how much food you get. The employees are very friendly and the service is excellent.The place is very clean and well kept.I recommend this establishment and I will certainly be back again! In fact this will probably be my new go-to place to eat.

I woke up in the mood for french toast and I am very happy that I gave this establishment a try. As soon as you get out of your car the aroma of breakfast FILLS your nose. Upon entering I was greeted and told to seat myself. As you know I ordered the French toast with sausage links and a side of grits. I judge French toast on whether or not I absolutely need syrup and I can tell you I personally did not. The batter was great. I had it with powdered sugar and whipped cream on the side. The French toast tasted like homemade French toast. I do think a different bread would make it better like a brioche bun but all in all it was good. The grits were your standard grits. I do think they were a bit watery but overall the flavor was good and the sausage links taste tasted good as well. Service was great ambience is like your neighborhood diner. You can tell that locals come in there frequently because they did begin to say hello to people by name. Breakfast was good. I would come back and try other things on the menu as well.

Pretty good breakfast spot. Ordered the Cracked Egg omelette with sausage gravy on the side. It was packed with sausage, bacon, ham, mushrooms, onion, peppers, tomato, and cheese. The gravy had huge chucks of sausage which I used to eat the home fries (they were kinda dry). The biscuit was OK; pretty dense, not too flaky or fluffy. It was a quick meal with good service, so it deserves a return visit when in the area.

The ambience is great! The music is great! The service is great! The Food is very presentable! It's very popular as well! I will definitely come back here the next time I am in Daytona Beach. The California Benny is what I ordered and it is mouth watering and the taste lingers in your taste buds. I highly recommend it! To the owners of Cracked Egg: I felt very at home and I certainly enjoyed my breakfast! Your staffs are wonderful for making me feel welcome. Leslie was my waitress and she did a superb job with her customer service!

We came for the Rolex 24 and a friend suggested we stop here for breakfast. The food was so delicious that we came the next day. Waitresses were friendly. I had the corned beef hash day 1 and corned beef hash omelette day 2. My hubs had chipped beef gravy on toast. Our friends had French toast and a breakfast sandwich. They raved about theirs as well. This is a must see stop on your trip. Atmosphere is friendly and food is yummy!! 5 stars!!

Found and decided to check out the Cracked Egg after some extensive late night research for a good breakfast spot with a wide range of options for the start of my daughters birthday. The stress of having to eat on the Daytona beach strip (and to pay for parking) is a non-issue here as the Cracked Egg owns its own private parking lot with additional parking on the other side of the plaza.When you walk in, you are visually hit in the face with what could only be described as a Happy Days diner with a soundtrack over head from the same era. You can see yourself, and for the day we chose to go, it wasn't CRAZY busy, so there were many seating choice options.The food options, as you can see in my photos (of the menu), are plentiful with what Cracked Egg claims to be locally sourced ingredients. They have many "specialty" menu items that are recommended simply by the call out in the menu. With that, I chose to go with the Cracked Egg Omelet with the choice of home fries (instead of grits). I also ordered a side of the corned beef hash. Both of these menu items did taste as fresh and homemade as you can get. The corned beef hash even had little strands of the corned beef itself mixed in as part of the ingredients (vs. the canned stuff).From the food aspect, I couldn't ask for more for the price of the food you pay (reasonably priced for Daytona beach shore food). Plus, the food was delicious! I would gladly come back the next time I'm in Daytona. The only thing I wish was that the A) the server was a little more available (waited quite a while for to-go containers and for it not being as busy as it normally would be, B) I felt a bit rushed to leave so they could prepare the table for more patrons. When having kids, rushing can bring some extra unneeded stress, especially when you have to prep them to go (especially a baby).

~ OMG ~ IF U haven't tried this place U R MISSIN OUT‼Some girlfriends and I went for breakfast this morning. Corinne was our exceptional server !!! & I am pretty sure the owner greeted us at the door and sat us.I couldn't decide so I got one biscuit and gravy & a BLT with home fries with some grilled onions on top ! Best BLT Eva !! We also had eggs Benedict, & veggie omelettes. OH and mimosas . For being such a big busy place, the food came FAST. ~ this Place ~
