I can't say enough about these guys. I truly love taking my son there. The teachers are fantastic and take such good care of him.I really hope the other tutor times are as good as them once we move.

I wanted to look into this location because it's close to both mine and my husband's work but i was extremely put off by how they run their "request for information" process. After submitting a request online for someone to call me, I received a call from a man in a call center in another state rather than someone actually at this daycare location. I told him I was simply looking for pricing at the time and that was it. He refuses to give it to me and continued reading off of his script they clearly make him use. He tried to schedule an appointment for me to go tour the center and I told him not I'm not quite there yet I just want pricing and then will decide when my husband and my schedule can allow us to tour. He kept insisting on making the appointment even though I told him i needed to check my husband's work schedule since he does not have normal 9-5 M-F hours. Eventually he said "why don't I set up a time for just you to go and when you get there you can immediately reschedule for a time with your husband?" ... uh why would I do that? I was not happy at all with the experience I had just trying to get some factual information to decide on a childcare center. It would probably be more beneficial to hear from the staff that will actually be caring for my child rather than a random call center.

Ms Dana, Ms Yolanda and Ms Cherie are the some of the best child care providers in Jacksonville. They are probably the best in the Northside at the very least. This facility is clean and well run. It's been a few years since my kids have attended but I stop in every once on a while just to say hi and give them updates on the kids. Couldn't recommend a better child care facility nearby.

Best daycare in Jacksonville! The teachers in the infant classroom (Ms. Nelly, Ms. Malinda, and Ms. Vera to name a few) were phenomenal. The facility itself and its services are what the gold standard should be for infant care. The hours are ideal for most occupations and the overall value for the price of care is unmatched. They provide diapers, wipes, formula, and food once the infants transition to solids. They keep them engaged in activities throughout the day and even teach a bit of Spanish. Whenever I picked my daughter up she was always clean and happy. Plus, the live feed from the room cameras allow me to check in for an extra layer of peace. We were devastated that we had to move and we definitely can't find another facility like it. The infant class is one of a kind!!!!

I had really high hopes for this place. The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the apps. I was able to look at live streams of my child and see every detail of their day with the app. When the teachers kept up with it... The staff is stretched so thin, it's no wonder the turnaround rate is so high. When it came to the initial enrollment of my first child, everything was okay. They argued with me about the start date we agreed on a month prior but I let it go. Then when my second child was enrolled, they messed up that date, too. A friend had her son enrolled, called every day to confirm the start date and they STILL messed it up. After this it was 1 event after another. This was the only daycare available to take both of my children so I was stuck. Otherwise, both kids would have been pulled years ago. Here's my story: I had moved my son into this daycare when he was a toddler because my job moved. On the first day of attendance, he had fire ant bites all over his hands and his feet. I caulked it up as an honest mistake but my husband was pretty mad. The big issues began when my child was in the 2's and 3's room. He was getting frustrated trying to communicate. We tried to get on the same page as teachers with his but we were ignored every time. He began biting and coming home with bites/bruises from other children. So, I started watching the cameras. Kids double his size would push him around, children were climbing all over the furniture and jumping off, kids were allowed to beat each other with toys and so on. My kid was always being written up and getting in trouble. Sometime 3-4 reports in A DAY! The teachers and the director Fulaine would corner me and tell me my kid is to blame (he was 2 and 3 at the time). There was no way he was learning this from home. The director would trying to lie to me about what really happened and said to my face "I really need to coach my staff better about how we write these reports up". So, she teaches her staff members to be untruthful in order to protect herself. I would speak to the teacher and get 1 story. Then, Fulaine, the director, would tell me another story. It was a constant battle so I needed to get to the bottom of this. So, I took him to 2 primary care doctors on 2 occasions. If he had behavioral issues, I wanted to know ASAP so we could take care of it while he was young. The doctors were seriously concerned that a director would trying push the blame of a 2 or 3 year old for behavior they deemed as "normal". The DOCTOR recommended I file a formal complaint after I showed her some of the reports I was getting from the school. I did contact the high ups and read off some of the incident reports and got ignored, again. Another parent, who was complaining about her kid being bit, went to the higher ups and they blamed the toddlers. One of the reports I got from teachers said ""name" locked himself in the bathroom with a friend. "name" flooded out the bathroom on both sides." My questions were: Why are these kids locking themselves into bathrooms? How long were they missing before it was noticed? Another one stated that a girl was on a shelf and my son pushed her off. Why are children allowed to climb on furniture? They then called her mom that morning at 11AM when the incident happened. The proceeded to expel my child. I didn't have a clue until 4.5 hours later when they finally called. "Oh by the way, your kid was kicked out 4.5 hours ago." From day 1... I asked over and over, until I was blue in the face, for a phone call when my son did anything. For months I heard nothing pertaining to his behavior. Only if he fell... I'd get dumped on at pick-up and they would tell me "we don't have time to call you". My kid was learning some very concerning behaviors at this place... I saw my kid being pushed around, toys ripped out of his hands, climbing on things he has no business climbing on the cameras. Every time I said something about my kid being picked on, I got the run-around. Just driving by you can see this place is desperately hiring all the time. I made friends with some of the staff members who use to work there. If you heard these stories, you would NOT want your kid near that place. This place is really awful and it has been getting worse and worse. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

This used to be such an amazing place when my son first started here at 6 weeks old. It felt like family and everyone was so excited to tell you about his day. Now fast forward to being 3 years old and it has completely fallen apart. It starts from the top and the new Director has made the old team either quit or walk around like zombies and pull you to the side to tell you how miserable it is, and how the new teachers are. I had my son picked up 3 times now with snot dried and caked on his face. Covered in sweat, mud, overheated. He never has a problem using the potty but has now wet himself napping 2 days in a row? His "Teacher" had no clue. She just keeps her head buried in some paper. And thats all just in the past 4 or 5 months. They just dont care anymore and i cant risk my childs health and safety there anymore.

Those bitches in the front office are phony as hell. Especially Dana and Yolanda. Sherri is ok. This school is a rip off. They are expensive and everyday your child will bring home some arts and crafts...where is the homework. I do not feel like my child learned anything. In addition, the school does not provide breakfast. At that high tuition rate they should have iron chefs come in every morning to make the kids omelets. Worst experience ever!
