Had a fantastic lunch at this little restaurant on the main drag in Live Oak. This seat-yourself restaurant boasts an enclosed patio, bar area & indoor dining. The full bar also has a really fun list of mixed drinks, plus frozen cocktails & a modest wine list. We stopped in for a late lunch & enjoyed splitting the fried mushrooms with a horse radish/mustard dipping sauce that wasn't super hot or spicy.Our entrees were flavorful beef tips with a tasty brown gravy over rice and a side of turnip greens & creamed corn, as well as a grilled shrimp skewer, fried diver scallops & grilled veggies. Everything was well seasoned & perfectly cooked!

From the time we arrived on a Friday night at 7:30 it was a bad experience. At 9:45 she finally brought us our checks, it took OVER TWO HOURS to be seated, order, and get our food. the menus even say to expect a 30-60 minute wait and they mean it and then some. the food was good, but not two hour wait good. I recommend avoiding this place, it's overrated.

What a place to eat and socialize. The wings and fried shrimp are so good. Make sure and try the coleslaw!

A perfect place to bring the family! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the prices were good.

Food was ok. Service was ok. Ambiance was typical 1993 bar & grill dark with old signs. Not bad. Not crazy good.

The fried mushrooms are the only thing here worth eating. Their burger buns are always stale and fall apart. Everything is pretty generic and some is borderline geriatric cafeteria food. Beer selection is extra extra generic.

I had a hamburger and it was cooked just like I asked fries were excellent. Had a slice of key lime pie excellent also. Waitress was very attentive and kept us replenished. Atmosphere reminds me of your favorite pub very comfortable and clean.

I've had this a couple times and it honestly is good quality food would give it a five but I get sick when I eat So not good for me but I recommend
