Thai Smile

My coworker basically dragged me to Thai Smiles after their mind-blowing experience there. We were greeted by friendly staff who led us to a spot in the back of the restaurant. I was digging the vibe - super clean, chill, and inviting. I went for the Bento box, a great deal at $17. My friend copied me, plus added some extra apps. We got the crab Rangoon, crispy duck pad Thai (out of this world!), and fried rice - all fire. Each dish was packed with flavor and we also got soup with our Bento boxes - coconut soup for me, house soup for my friend. The menu had so many options, it was hard to choose. But tbh, I'm no Thai food expert, so I stuck with what I knew I'd like. All in all, a solid first experience at Thai Smiles!

Folkston is a small town with few options that are not southern fried buffets or fast food. The lady who cuts my hair lives here and told me about this place. On my way home from a work trip, I got the opportunity to stop and try it. Near the front door, there was seating for 1 or 2, and I was certain they would put me there, but instead, they put me in a full booth. My server came right away she took my drink order and was very friendly. She actually thanked me for coming in. Her uncle is the owner. When she came back, I ordered Thai dumplings and Pana g curry. It also came with clear soup or salad with ginger dressing. I chose the salad. The salad was crisp and cold. The dumplings were out of this world, served with sauce on the side. The curry came in a large dish with rice. The spice was nice, enough heat to know it's in there but not overpowering.It always amazes me when I find great international cuisine in a small town. In case I didn't mention it, I will say it again. My server was fantastic, happy, and attentive.Do yourself s favor and try this place.

I eat at this restaurant at least 2 to 3 times a week. I absolutely love the ambiance, food, and the service. The staff is super friendly and they always remember my exact order,

One of Folkston's tastiest restaurants. While we have never dined in, when we pick up to-go orders the place seems clean and the people who run it are very friendly. Everything is fresh, very hot and delicious. Even our kids enjoy it. Our first Thai food experience and we frequently order from here now.

Wow! I know everyone's experience is different but I had a great experience. The staff amazingly friendly. My drink was full the entire time. A smile on Evonne's face as they served and waited on us. The food as well was amazing! Probably the best fried rice I've ever had. The sushi was great too! I got the Bento box and everything was beyond my expectations.

They have the best food and absolute top notch customer service. We moved away from Folkston and I would make a special trip to go dine with them anytime I'm in town! 10 out of 10 !!!!

My wife and I stayed at Pastimes on 8/15/24 to do a tour of the Okefenokee Swamp at 8:00 pm on 8/16/24. We ate dinner at Thai Smile for dinner on 8/15 and were so impressed that we returned for lunch after the tour on 8/16. Flavor and presentation were excellent! We highly recommend!

High quality food served kindly in a reasonable time. Pricing is great. It has a quiet pleasant interior to dine, or can take out.
