I went to dinner with a girlfriend of mine, and wanted to try somewhere new. It's a small place in a strip mall, and could be hard to miss if you didn't know what you were looking for. There were not many people in the restaurant, but don't let that fool you. There was a lot of to-go traffic and the restaurant was full by the time we were done. The staff were eager to serve, and we felt a little rushed, but I think he got the hint after the first couple of times of being turned away. Something that bothered me was the cleaner they were using on the tables as people left. It was incredibly strong-smelling, and left me only being able to smell the cleaner and not taste my food, which was a little disappointing. I would highly recommend swapping to something that is not so strong. I'm not sure if it was because of that or the flavor, but I was a little disappointed in my pad Thai. Maybe takeout is the way to go??

Let's get this out of the way, nothing to see here! But the other stuff, the stuff that counts? There is plenty. The food and service was on point! There were seven of us, we each ordered something different with varying levels of spice. By the end of our meal, we had each tasted all seven and basically all agreed that they were all favorites! I think there was one waitress for the entire place and she was incredible! She was quick and efficient, I was truly impressed by how well she handled the whole restaurant by herself.

This is a wonderful little family owned place where your food is always cooked to order with meats and spice level exactly as you order it. The decor is cute and the restaurant is always clean. The service is fabulous. Your host is your server and always attentive. His mother is the cook and everything is always perfection. Hands down our favorite Thai in town.

From the moment I walked in and all throughout my first visit, I was greeted with kind smiles. Mr. Kai and staff were courteous and professional. Dining area is quite comfy a very clean. Great music played over the late lunch crowd conversations. Was a pleasant and relaxing time while having my delicious lunch. Fried rice is a go to for me wherever it's served. A great choice for this visit. Fried rice with chicken was amazingly fresh and tasty. Food was flavorful and also light at the same time. Great portions and I became full easily. Look forward to trying other dishes on my next and future visits...

I ordered pho and lumpia. The pho broth was delicious! I loved every bite. However the lumpia just wasn't it. I tasted no beef. Just old greasy cabbage like and carrots. Was pretty disappointed considering the reviews on them on here. But I am Asian so I'm pretty picky about my lumpia, egg rolls and spring rolls. Or I guess I just like them tasting good. Would not get lumpia again but will def keep coming back for the pho!

For convenience, they are a good option. They do a great job with spice levels since I ask for 7 on a 1-5 scale. Not many places in the Jax area will really accommodate the heat request. This is probably only the third place out of probably a dozen that I've tried that will truly bring the heat. Pad Kee-Mao also known as drunken noodle was great with chicken when I had it a couple of weeks ago. Today I ordered the beef and it was not as good as the chicken. Consistency is important. I'll probably be back in the next month or so and I'll chalk this visit up to an off day. Averaging my last 2 visits would probably warrant a 3.5 star rating.
