A great ramen spot with a very diverse menu. They have plenty of options for soups as well as rice and noodle entrees. I really enjoyed trying out a few of their appetizers. The calamari was really good, perfectly crunchy and chewy. They also have a variety of dim sum and bao buns. For drinks, we stuck with water but they do offer beers, juices, sodas, tea, and milk tea boba. For the main course, I went with their Japanese ramen served with chicken broth and a many flavorful toppings. I like that they use fish cakes because not many ramen places in Jacksonville have them. The service was quick and our servers were funny and friendly to our table. They were very attentive and checked in on us many times. The restaurant is nicely decorated and they give you a free magnet at the end which I thought was cute!

Update: it was so much I got take out. Eating it the next day is even more flavorful!I loved that our server asked if we did hot pot before and then asked if we wanted her to put in the ingredients. The service was great. We started with milk and regular tea boba drinks, cucumber salad and fried potato on a stick. They were delicious! This is my first hot pot in Florida, it was good. I got the pork with pork chop cuts for protein. My friend got a spicy base with only one pepper emblem while mine was original and not spicy. She said hers was delicious and the spice sneaks up on you, not overpowering. They all came with the same ingredients so the soup base is what changed plus you can sub rice noodles with ramen or rice. The restaurant was set up to give all the tables space and very clean. There's a TV playing but it was just background because music also played, again just background noise.Would definitely return.

I highly highly recommend the dumplings and buns. The pork soup dumplings with crab meat were especially good and we didn't have a chance to take photos before eating them all. We got the chicken soup bowl and the beef tonkatsu ramen. The beef ramen was not great so we were disappointed about that since that seems to be one of the staples here. The chicken soup was much better and had a large portion. It's a unique experience to put your food together in a stone bowl so bonus points for that. The standout of the meal was their buns but if the Ramen were better, this would be a five star experience.

We dined in for lunch and were seated immediately. The service was fast and friendly. We got the black golden custard bun, skewers, tornado potato and rice bowls. All came out hot and quickly. The tornado potato was the star of the show. It was crispy and delicious.

My first time trying Yunnan style rice noodle. It was delicious. I got spicy and sour soup. Broth was okay. They ran out of dishes so they added everything into broth for us. Noodle portion was large.

Ten seconds noodle was a pleasant experience as I felt like I was stepping into china with some authentic flavors. Located at St. John's bluff road in the same shopping center with Winn Dixie. They are also next door to EZ eats Moroccan restaurant. Known for the Yunan noodles Yunan also has many other options as well. We took the original rice noodle soup but added the jumbo shrimp to it. It came in big portion so it's shareable. It was very delicious. We also had the corn skewers for appetizers, the takoyaki fried grounded octopus battered and fried into balls and calamari. Everything was on point. The server was helpful and attentive and the place was very clean and organized. Also, they have a sausage machine near the front door. I definitely will come back.

Wow! This place reminds me of home. I haven't been back to Taiwan in a long while. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1, and there was a fair amount of people. It wasn't crowded but pleasantly stocked with people. Popular on a.sunfay afternoon if I do say so myself. I ordered the stinky tofu, Taiwanese sausage, lamb skewers, and the octopus skewers. It might not be a lot but I had to take home leftovers. It was more filling than I thought. I LOVED the stinky tofu. It's a rare delicacy I don't find in many places, and I'd recommend it if you wanted to try something new. It definitely reminded me of home. The sausage was a standard.chinese sausage, though I wish they had the double rice sausage wrap, but it was tasty none the less. The skewers were covered in cumin, which is definitely authentic. I love it. I would have to say though that the lamb skewers had a stronger lamb gamey flavor than I usually like, but it was still very good. This place gives a clean hip feeling. It's tastefully decorated. Even though I know things are written in simplified Chinese and is from China, all the food I tried has strong Taiwanese flavor to it. Could be Fujian? Anyway, I'll be back. I love it!

I tried this restaurant in another city before, and it's as good as I remembered! The beef flank option for each soup is my favorite, it has a chewy and savory taste. The spiciest noodle broth that I tried was the sour spicy soup, I would order that broth if you can tolerate spice well. The chicken soup is a good option for those who like a lighter, mild option. The Szechuan pepper soup had a slight spice taste but it was much less spicy than the sour spicy soup. It's nice that this restaurant allows you to put in each noodle soup ingredient yourself, and the stone pots keep the noodle soup extra hot. The fried rice and squid skewers were also tasty. The food and restaurant atmosphere was good for any setting, and I'd definitely come back again!

I came here because my favorite place for rice noodles had closed down and this seemed to be serving the same type of rice noodles. I got the Szechuan pepper with sliced beef and although I could taste the tingly Szechuan pepper I was expecting my broth to be spicier and red. It came out with no red in the broth and was not really spicy at all. The flavor wasn't bad though. Staff was kind and the place was clean.
