Found this cute place out in the Florida country side.Located right next to the Orange Shop.Awesome customer service and delicious food.Everything was super fresh and tasty. The fish sandwich was crispy and delicious with appetizing tartar sauce. The Tuna Melt was so uniquely prepared, the tuna had diced onions and diced boiled egg in it. It was delightful. The Athenian Wrap was super light and fresh. For sides we had Fried Okra and Waffle fries. They also have fresh made desserts. We had the Baklava and of course it was Amazing. Our waiter was Constantine and he was really nice and Friendly. Loved this family owned restaurant. Definitely will be back when in town again.Always support the locals!

Took away one star since CDC guidelines have been relaxed. Masks are not required nor requested. We wore them in and out. Employees wore them. We were about six feet from others, enjoying our delicious meals (Cuban and slaw, Gyro & onion rings), but I was not comfortable. None of those in the place had masks on when entering (4 tables, 7 patrons). It's tough to be a business owner & comply with CDC guidelines in a state whose governor believes CoVid is controlled (7.8% infection rate on this morning's news) & masks are unnecessary.

This is a small restaurant where I was expecting friendly service. I stopped here with my grand daughter on a Saturday. It was not very busy, but I didn't feel very welcomed when I walked in. I ordered the pancakes so I could share with little one. The pancakes were very thick but tasty. I had one cup of coffee but did not receive a refill. I really thought it would be a family friendly place, but I didn't feel the love at all. Maybe if I lived in Citra, it would have been better? It's not like I'm from New York City!! Ocala is my town!

On a typical drive to visit family in Tampa we end up stopping at some chain restaurant for a quick bite. On this trip my mom happened to spot the sign outside Ted's that mentioned Boarshead products, a real big deal in my family. We pulled into the parking lot just before 11am and it was packed. We walked in and there was a single table open. There is no sign up front with anything like "seat yourself" or "please wait to be seated." I suspect that is due to the fact that it's mostly frequented by locals. As we stood there a woman came around the corner with a plate of food and an "excuse me." After she delivered the plate she then told us we could sit at the last booth after she wiped the table. We were given breakfast menus that had quite a few items but we both went with BLTs. When we ordered we were asked if we wanted fries (no mention of fries anywhere on the menu, also no mention of the sandwich coming with sides) and a pickle or coleslaw. We both got fries, I got a pickle and my mom got coleslaw. The food came out relatively quickly. The sandwich looked kind of small but we were both stuffed. The fries were good, I would have liked a little more of the seasoning but it was all very tasty. The service was the down fall here. Maybe it's because we weren't locals but the woman who helped us seemed to lack any emotions. We didn't get so much as a "have a great day." She was busy but she seemed so uninterested and bored with us, it was rather obnixious. The food was good, bathroom was clean, and the prices can't be beat (two BLTs, both with fries and 2 drinks was about $13) but the service left an awful lot to be desired.

Excellent gyro and Greek salad. We found this little place on a drive wanting to avoid interstates for a bit. Homemade family secret salad dressing and tziki sauce. Friendly owners, quick service and reasonable prices. We will stop back when in the area!

Glad we stopped!Chicken Greek Salad was outstanding. Two kids had chicken tenders and a cheeseburger. Both loved! My husband had the fish sandwich and was also very pleased! There isn't much between Baldwin and Ocala, so this is a great stop!

Not really updating my last review just posting pictures of 2 of the 3 dishes I mentioned in it along with a picture of their fried fish dinner (you can get the fish blackened too). Each meal comes with a salad or homemade soup. Still the same great food, reasonable prices and super, super friendly people. Give it a try!
