This place is hands down my favorite taco spot in Jacksonville. I literally come here when I'm craving a taco. I wish they bring back the little salsa bar. I recommend everyone try these bussin tacos and tortas!

2 dollar *50 cent*. (Update) tacos made with love. They don't have chicken though. Which sucks. Steak tacos are A-1 and they have a tent covered dining area to get you out of some of the elements while eating. Which is nice. They also have THE BEST green salsa. Not to hot. But just right. Also where they keep the toppings: onion, tomato, limes ,cilantro, sauces radishes and more. Is ALWAYS CLEAN AND FRESH LOOKING! Owners are nice. Nice options of churros drinks quesadillas and more. You won't be disappointed. Coming from a loc

These are the best tacos in town hands down. Everything is made from scratch so it's a one of kind flavor. Ingredients smell like they were freshly picked. And Staff is goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. Get your tacos from this place. You'll be glad you did.

Taco Boss is a new player in the Jax taco game. They're not quite an established restaurant with four walls, and they're not quite a true mobile food truck. They are permanently parked in the shopping plaza, but they run their business from a truck. They have tents with tables and chairs set up right in front of their truck. It basically feels like a true, down and dirty food truck. Their menu contains Honduran food along with your classic Mexican cuisine, plus some street-food style goodies like plantain chips in a bag served with toppings. I ordered three tacos (lengua, chuleta, and costilla). Lengua is beef tongue, and they serve theirs in thicker, bigger chunks than what I'm used to. Before you get all grossed out, it tastes delicious. The texture and flavor was exactly like oxtail I've had in soups. The chuleta is basically a big pork chop served bone-in in your taco. It tasted like a well-seasoned holiday ham. The costilla is a beef short rib, very reminiscent of how Filipinos cook their beef short ribs. I enjoyed my tacos, although it was a little bit of a hassle taking the bones out of my chuleta and costilla so I wouldn't break any teeth while eating. The hubby ordered a torta with carne asada. It was tasty overall, but the filling to sandwich ratio was a little off. We figured they should have pressed the bread down or just give more filling to make it work out perfectly. Overall a cool new place to check out if you're in the mood to try something new. This is a casual, no frills place.

This is the by far the best taco place that I can be a regular at I only wanted tacos so that's what I ordered don't care for chicken carne asada please. I was too hungry to take a pick but my taste buds enjoyed every piece didn't leave no drop of crumb any where I ordered 6 tacos including a churro and I had help eating it all was so delicious total amount $16-$19 well worth it including the sauce bar. That red sauce is a must try if you like it spicy oh of course customer service was 100%
