Sweet Sushi & Grill

Placed a takeout order and service was phenomenal. We made a mistake and ordered spicy rolls that had tempura crunch. They remade all the rolls without tempura and were very understanding and kind. The fish is high quality; soft sashimi and very flavorful rolls. Great sushi and even better staff. Thank you for being patient with us during our first time ordered. Best sushi we have had in Jax.

This was absolutely a good choice. The entire meal was delicious. I wish I could have finished more of it, but I was stuffed. The flavors from the hibachi were perfect as were the noodles. The rice complemented the meal well. The miso soup was delicious.

It was a very friendly place with top notch service. Food was wonderful and plenty of it. Perfect place for a birthday as they make a great celebration for you! Counted 3 different free dishes that they gave us. Soup, an appetizer and a birthday dessert not just for the birthday boy but also for the 3 others at the table.

We had a great dining experience at Sweet Sushi & Grill! We just recently ventured into this plaza because my niece goes to the dance studio here. Pleasantly surprised at the array of options this plaza has to offer. At first glance: Typical looking sushi spot, not that big, every table was taken. (I've heard it was a local favorite.) There is also outdoor seating. Luckily, there was only two of us so we were able to sit at the sushi bar. Fine by me! I like watching them make their masterpieces. They were skillfully and efficiently plating nonstop.On the table: Asahi, Plum wine, complimentary rolls!! Yesss! We ordered the Love boat, where you get to pick a specialty roll. Someone recommended the Lobster General Roll: Lobster tempura, avocado, and spicy tuna inside. Crawfish salad on top. Drizzled with eel & spicy mayo. Yum! Hope you like salmon, because there was a lot of salmon on the boat. Sushi was fresh and delectable. Complimentary dessert too! They make sure you are full and happy!Room to improve: My only tidbit is that the corner of the sushi bar that we were sitting on was being used as a cleaning station. Meaning, my husband was sitting right next to cleaning supplies, sprays, rags, etc. Maybe use another spot that is not next to diners? Overall, everything was wonderful. Shout out to all the servers! They were friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Thanks a million!

Pleasant restaurant, prompt service, and extensive menu. We ordered a vegetable tempura appetizer, which was very good, except I wish they included more sweet potato and zucchini. We ordered several rolls: Tokyo roll, yellow tail and avocado, lobster roll, crazy girl, and fancy Q. All were pretty good with my favorites being the Tokyo roll and Fancy Q. The complimentary clear soup, deep fried crab roll, and tiramisu dessert were a nice touch!

Our food was delicious! And the service was excellent! The rolls & presentation were true works of art! Someone had a birthday while we were there - super festive & we all sang along! First time last week & going back tomorrow! Yum!

Enjoyed a fun date night here. They brought us a complimentary mini fried krab roll and some clear soup at the beginning of our meal. We tried three of the sweet sushi speciality rolls. All of them were really delicious with high quality ingredients and full of flavor!! The "LOVE roll" had Mango, Raw Salmon, and Spicy Crab Inside. Topped with Raw Tuna, Eel Sauce, Mango Sauce and Red Fish Eggs. Gorgeous presentation in the shape of a heart and utterly delicious and fresh. Loved the decadent sauces! The "OMG roll" had Shrimp Tempura, Snow Crab, Avocado, and Soy Paper Wrapped. Sliced Avocado, Escolar, Seared Tuna, eel Sauce, Spicy Mayo, Fish Eggs, Crunchy, and Sesame Seeds on Top. This was phenomenal and had so much depth. Great melding of flavors and textures!! The "GINZA roll" had Spicy tuna deep fried with house special sauce, topped with spicy krab, fish egg, crunchy, and scallion. Such a crunchy delight and perfect spice! We enjoyed all of our rolls! They gave us fortune cookies and a complimentary mini bite of tiramisu after our meal. Good food and great fast service! Definitely want to try some more of their specialty rolls next time!!

The place was okay. Wouldn't say this is the best sushi place. Service was quite okay there is always room for improvement. The place is small, and well-decorated if you're looking for a place that celebrates Christmas, Valentine and easter till this month.

This place is consistently great. It's always clean and the staff is welcoming. The service is top notch and the food is yummy.

This sushi spot exceeded all my expectations! The fish was incredibly fresh, the presentation was stunning, and the flavors were perfectly balanced.
