Let me begin with, I love this salon. I went to another one all throughout high school, and during college at UNF I started seeing Kelsey at Studio Emme! She does an amazing job and has done the best balayage I've ever seen on my hair. My last salon would attempt a balayage, but would always end up being more of an ombré which seems to be a common issue. Be warned, it is very pricey as she charges $100 per hour of application, but it is 100% worth it if you want stunning hair.Everyone is incredibly friendly and they are one of the only Bumble and Bumble salons in Jacksonville. All of the products smell amazing and are great for your hair. I have since convinced my sister to start going and Kelsey saved her over bleached hair and made it look natural again while blending her roots perfectly.

Down to earth relaxed salon, everyone is so nice! Doesn't matter what stylist you get they all do a great job!

Molly B! She's magic with scissors! Cuts my hair, colors and cuts my mom's hair and even cuts my boyfriend's hair. She's funny and easy going. She's really talented. My hair looks great even as it grows out!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Christina "Tina" is amazing. She transformed my frizzy mop of a hairstyle into a sun-kissed flowing 'do fit for a pageant queen. I tried to replicate the same style after my first wash and I was less than successful. I went back and she showed me the proper styling products to use including a new round brush. I can't wait for my highlights to grow out just to go back.

I moved here about a year ago from New York and of course was used to my hairdresser home. I went to one place since I've been here and I had a terrible experience. I was nervous at first to let someone do my hair again, however I can't keep going home to New York to have my hair done! I explained to the receptionist that I was nervous etc and she was very understanding and nice and set me up with Molly B, one of the owners. Right when I walked in I was immediately impressed. They offered me water and the atmosphere was welcoming. I was taken for my appointment promptly on time and explained to Molly exactly what I wanted. She worked with me and also helped explain how to style my hair and what products would be best. I will for sure be returning to see Molly again! Thanks so much Studio Emme, I love my new haircut!

I have been in the St Augustine/Jacksonville area for 6 years. I had been to more than 20 stylists and no one appeased me. Then I found Studio Emme. Thanks to a wonderful co-worker, I was referred to Molly B. She is a wonderful hairdresser, and she runs a very well organized salon. I am so happy to have found her. All of her staff are very nice and so very polite. The salon is very welcoming and I would recommend this establishment.

I have always been looking for that one stylist that will step it up and listen to me and not just do what they know or think is right. There have been many failures along the way but I have finally found my stylist!Catrine Daughtry not only listened to me but also took her time. As I have very demanding needs with my hair style and cut, she made sure that I didn't leave until I was 100% happy with it. I love layers and lots of it but I don't want it to look like shelves. I want flow and movement through out my hair and no straight lines. This requires a lot of time as almost each individual hair strand needs it's own attention.I also like highlights and as I have really dark hair I want it to blend in some and not have the drastic contrast of super blonde highlights with black hair. Catrine managed to help me pick the colors and did a beautiful job.It has been just over a month since I got my hair done and I still have friends as well as strangers give me complements. I have had good hair styles before but never felt this great about it.

When I visited this salon, I used promotional Groupon to try their services. Groupon price included haircut, deep conditioning, full head hair color and blow dry. My stylist was Daniel. I dye my hair regularly (once a month) and I really needed touch up on my roots. Daniel offered to do the ends as well and I gave him OK considering my Groupon covered that service. After service was completed, I was offered to buy some of the products that salon was selling. I really did not need one since I have stacks of Sebastian and Rusk products at home. To my surprise, I was charged additional $15 for doing my touch up of color on my ends. I said nothing, paid the bill and made a firm decision not to go there again. I still regret giving generous tips. Haircut was ok and color so-so. My brownish color normally has reddish touch to it and this time, that was not the case.After additional charges, I saved no money on this service and if I am going to pay the full price, I will not be going to this salon again. That is for sure.

My stylist moved here and thankfully she told me! Amanda is GREAT! The shop is really nice and everyone is friendly. If you live in the area (or even if you don't) try this place and ask for Amanda!!
