Strings Sports Brewery

I visited the restaurant after an event at the Arena and was pleasantly surprised. I initially ordered the Smoked Wings and Cheese Fries with pulled pork, but then noticed another customer's Strings Burger and changed my mind. The Strings Burger is a 6 oz cheeseburger on a brioche bun with bacon, sautéed mushrooms, and grilled onions. It was delicious! The fries were also great, and I enjoyed dipping them in Alabama white sauce. Even though I'm not a big beer drinker, the bartender recommended the Section 215 on Tap, which was quite refreshing. The restaurant has a family-friendly atmosphere with a patio outback, high top tables, a basketball court, and a few games.

I was here for a business presentation and we were seated outside which is a lovely area for a larger gathering. The menu is fairly limited and they were out of brisket which I really wanted to try. I got a chicken sandwich instead and it was pretty good but definitely not a substitute for brisket lol. It was ok and I'd probably go again for lunch if it were closeby but not a place I'd chose other than convenience

First time at Strings Sports & Brewery as my wife & I are down for the Florida/Georgia game. When you enter there is a side you can order and get food delivered to your table & another side you can order beer & wine. Both sides have people that are friendly and wanting to make your stay a pleasurable experience.From the beer side I had a pint of String Music & Trail Run. Both were clean & fresh with no bitterness. My wife had a Sugar Kings brew and was also a good beer.Food wise we shared 10 smoked wings, Brussels Sprouts & Cajun Fries. The wings were excellent with the Alabama sauce & Hot BBQ sauce.Place has a nice vibe. The area is being gentrified and is turning the corner. Check it out if you're from out of town & if you're a local looks to be a great spot to catch a Jags game!

Been here a few times and each time it's mid. Staff is fine, beer is a little above average and their food is never been that good. Had a chicken sandwich and it was just okay. Little breasts and didn't even bother to melt the cheese.

I came to check the reviews after a pretty bummer experience and was shocked at the amount of really good reviews. Hoping this was just a bad day for them - I'll prob try once more to see - but here goes. I'll start with the good. The beer. I had a Red Caps Red Ale and it was decent. Nothing super special but not bad at all. That's where the good ends.I ordered a burger and could have gotten a better little hockey puck burger at McDonalds. And for cheaper. I will give credit for pretty fresh red onions. That was the best part of the whole meal. I also ordered hush puppies and they tasted like they were steeped in liquid smoke. No other flavor at all. I am not sure how to otherwise explain it - I am not saying they definitely used liquid smoke. Just that's the closest flavor experience I can use to describe. Additionally, the cashiers were both apathetic at best. And on that note, super weird you have to order food and drinks in separate spots in the restaurant. I had to wait in line twice.

Seat yourself! Grab that table, quickly!! It's busy on a Saturday. Came to watch the Chiefs tournament game and get a bit to eat!! It's expensive as everything is a la carte. VERY DOG FRIENDLY INSIDE AND OUT! The beer is purchased separately from the food. It's order at a counter, so tipping isn't necessary. The football game has no sound. And no music playing overhead, either. Just people conversing. Food isn't bad. I had an employee special which was like a Hawaiian burger. The others had the brisket cheesesteak. One got the cheese fries (good) and one got the mac n cheese (kinda cold). Beer is beer, pick when you like!

Delicous food and amazing beer selection!Great service- our beer server was very sweet and informative. Our food came out in lightning speed.We came during the weekday on Wednesday and service wasn't too packed. We ate all our food and didn't leave a crumb behind.My husband ordered a triple crown beer and I ordered a flight of string music, section 215c best kid on the block and South Paw (creamsicle). We also ordered wings, burger, brisket beer cheese fries and onion rings.

I must of passed this place a million times and finally walked in. Honest to god, I did not know it was a brewery and two.. it's a lot bigger than I had imagined! Lots of TVs, a restaurant, and beer... so it lives up to its name. Staff were prompt and had good attitudes. I ordered a pale ale and IPA; both of which were decent, but didn't really stand out as something I'd order again. Prices were on the high side $6-$7 a beer!! That's barrel aged territory my guy. I didn't order food as I thought the prices were on the high side too! $12 for a kids hotdog pretty much sums it up.

family gathering...ages 11-79...EVERYONE ordered something different and everyone LOVED THE FOOD...As far as ambiance---The beer drinkers and non-beer drinkers, the sport watchers, the talkers....ALL were HAPPY!!The service? our first time there but were made to feel like 'regulars'...Clean bathrooms...outside/inside...so many choices..Go! It's a great place!

Beers were fine, bar tender was very nice!Not expecting amazing food at a brewery but oof not very good. We got smoked Cajun wings - very tough and not "Cajun," they were very sweet. Cajun fries were cold, squishy, and basically only had black pepper on them. The Mac and cheese was also cold and watery. Overall, not impressed being from out of town and would not recommend.
