This little hole in the wall is fantastic. Unique choices and delicious. You order at the window and pick up when ready. Vegan and vegetarian options.

Awesome spot, Great service, chill eating area. I was at the beach & got hungry. I walked down with a friend and grabbed a turkey wrap with pita bread. O-M-G it was D-I-V-I-N-E !!!!! So, yummy! All dishes were served with a side of chips and an interesting yet delicious dip: tasted avocado/vinegar ish... whatever it was I poured it over my wrap and it was GRRR-EAT ! Prices were very cheap for QUALITY, QUANTITY,& SERVICE. Awesome place to stop in and show the locals some love !

Stopped in for a quick lunch after a wedding party and this quite literally cured our hangovers. I ordered the pita tosh since it was the local favorite and I was not disappointed. The pita was a warm pillow, served with avocado, hummus and veggies and their delicious house dressing. Absolutely phenomenal. My boyfriend thought his paddy melt was super fresh and full of flavor. We only wished we lived in st augie so we could come here more!!

This is a cool,little old surf-shack restaurant that has been around since 1996. It's at the top of a beach-access road. It is very busy usually, but has limited parking that is tricky to access. Very beachy / surfer vibe. Seats outside at tables or railing on an old wooden deck. Cheap plastic utensils.It has a limited menu of burritos,wraps,smoothies. The fare is mostly vegetarian, but you can add chicken. The food is really fresh! Fresh greens, fresh veggies. Ample portions and tasty.Seats and railing outside were pretty dirty. Every condiment on the table was crusted with old dried drips. Pretty clear they hadn't been wiped down in a long time. I eat everything, but I wouldn't touch the hot sauces,etc. Just nasty.

So fresh and so delicious. Never feel guilty after eating at Stir It Up. Pita Tosh is my go to, but everything I have tried has been delicious.

Really nice beach joint. Cool porch vibe. My wife, Rita had the chicken salad pita and I had the "pita Tosh" sandwich which was delicious. friendly, chill, staff and prompt service. So if you are a surf pup, head on down to stir it up!

Fantastic little beachside spot mere minutes walk from St. Auggie Shore. We were a bit surprised at how busy it was at 3pm on a Sunday, but the weather was gorgeous so I guess I shouldn't have been!I had the Pita Tosh which was probably one of my favorite sandwiches ever. Toasted to perfection and just the right amount of veggies and turkey. I also had the homemade lemonade which wasn't too sugary. Just right. Service was friendly and, given the line, fairly quick. Highly recommend for lunch!

The Avocado toast was delish. But the wraps in GF tortillas were meh. The GF option is a $5 to $7 extra. Add a cup of guacamole for $5. Man, not at all worth the price tag. But since we stayed so close to the beach we tried these for breakfast. The avocado toast had 4 pieces, apple slices and some pieces of bananas. They were always selling tons of smoothies , we didn't try any. The burritos weren't great. But priced sky high at $16 a pieces.

slipping. mushy brown avocados, forgetting chicken salad, cheese, etc on their salads are only a few signs this little place is slipping. nice vibes but food is slipping.

A great place to start your day at the beach. The breakfast burritos are delicious. The Smoothies are cool and refreshing.
