Our son tumbles here, and he really loves Coach Gena and all the kids in his class are great. The gym is nice, and there is ample parking. The rates are very fair for the class and attention he receives. He comes out more confident with his skills every week. The program is built on fundamentals, skill, and safety.

Great gym if you're looking for competitive gymnastics training. Also great for recreational gymnastics. Classes available every night of the week. Parties and camps are also offered, along with supervised Fun Gym on Friday nights, though we haven't tried those. My daughter loves the gym and her coaches. We've been there for three years.

I really like starlight gymnastics however they also have drawbacks other than the stale smell of the gym. I love how involved the coaches are, friendly and work with children. I dislike how many kids they have in a class. It seems VERY sales based and less small classes which is where I think they are aiming short. My daughter has 12 kids in her class while there are somewhere like 5 or more classes going off at the same time plus kids practicing there. It is a huge gym. I wish they maybe charged a little more and had smaller classes. I dont think it should take my daughter a year to nail a cartwheel (not mom pushing here) it is just that they focused on roundoffs instead. I feel in a smaller class, certain things would be picked up better instead of kids waiting a long time for their turn. Again however the coaches are kind. They will rarely answer the phone which is VERY frustrating. When you attend yearround, it is very frustrating that they will charge you a registeration fee over and over. I feel like it should be waived for year round members.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart but I believe it is my obligation to share with you our experience with Starlight. Our journey started 7 years ago when my daughter was only 3 and had a passion for handstands :). Starlight was a great place, coaches were professional, kind and caring. Her path led to the competitive gymnastics and she loved it. She was scoring high at every competition and moving up levels. She was always eager to go to practice, excited to see her friends, dedicated to her improvement and coaches. About 2 years ago I noticed the change that started happening. It began with coaches leaving left and right, lack of communication from the management and then half of the parents and gymnasts left. We were approached to leave as well and join the other girls at other facility but my daughter wanted to stay with Starlight believing it is just a faze. Well, unfortunately, the faze is still there. The lack of professionalism, rude and bullying comments from one of the coaches ( who is the son of the owner), lack of communication, the unconcerned attitude of the owner ( who spoke to me only once in 7 years and I spent over $35k there total), the constant changes in coaches and booster club is very very disturbing and concerning. My daughter's passion for the sport was killed! This is very hard to forgive. Thankfully we found another gym and a coach who listened and all my daughter's fears disappeared. She wants to compete again!

My child started at Starlight when she was 4 years old. 12 years later she is still involved in the program. I can't imagine a better place for a little girl to develop into a young woman with the guidance a coaches that care about the whole child.

Parties aren't great. Definitely don't do what other places do in terms of service for the price.
