This place is AMAZING!!! My boyfriend hates getting haircuts, but he needed one. So, I took him here, he got the MVP package and Raven did such an amazing job! The detail on his neck, his beard, and his hairline, just 101% PROS: Raven's attention to detail, great conversation, clean place, great customer service! CONS: there are none! Conclusion: I've convinced my boyfriend to get haircuts more frequently, he loves it! He's currently talking about getting haircuts during his lunch breaks. Thanks Raven!!! :)

Went in on Saturday 3rd August. My haircut is pretty simple, shaved sides, slightly longer on top. After I left I noticed a few areas where it wasn't trimmed properly on the sides, ie: different length. Not a great experience to be fair.

I've had great service and haircut for my 4 year old son. Diane, Tracey and Alex have cut my son's hair at this location, and have done a great job.Cat has cut my son's hair twice, the second time today, and I walked away unhappy. The transitions from one length to the next are not smooth, the quality of the haircut is just lacking.m

Great place to go if you want to get a below average haircut at an above average price. Staff ignores you too

This is as good as it gets. A massage, a great hair wash and fantastic sylists. All while watching sports! Who could wish for anything better than this?I always come back to them and I am now a regular. Love it!

2nd cut was much better. The sound system has been somewhat improved and the volume is not so loud that you can't have a conversation. The massage is a joke., but it comes with the wash and I cannot abide hair clippings falling all over the place. On my initial visit they gave me some cards to pass on to friends. I was supposed to get a free cut if they were all redeemed. Needless to say, they were all redeemed but I didn't get a free cut. And why is it that you can't get a cut without the use of thinning shears? Don't they teach a straight cut anymore?? I guess the easiest way to fix a bad cut it to use thinning shears. Bottom line is the price is too high and every one is in a rush to get you out the door.

Just now looked at my text messages and saw that the online system cancelled my appointment 30 minutes ago. Go back to the front of the line or go somewhere else. I chose the latter.

A. There's always something terrible on their tvs. Today was fencing. Lol. TERRIBLE. So, as you wait you cringe. B. The wait was absurd. Came in, was second in line. There was a decent wait. Yet, one of the employees dips out in the middle of it; leaves a line waiting. C. Some guy comes in, jumps in front of all as 3 of us have been waiting. No explanation. Nothing. WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS OR ANY LOCATION. Too many hair cut options to deal with poor customer service at a 90's concept. We can all watch anything on our phones nowadays, so the draw should bebthe big screens and service. Not fencing and a long wait.

Referred by a friend. Rachel does not disappoint. She does a great job and pays close attention to the details. Enjoy the atmosphere as well. Rachel and her staff are humorous and enjoy what they do which makes the experience that much better. Me and the kiddo will continue to make the hike to get a quality cut.

Horrible service. Buzzed my sons head when all we asked for was a trim to get the hair above his eyes. The person cutting his hair made several off colored comments and reeked of smoke. Was a told a manager would contact me and they never did.
