Yes, the location and building are pretty sketch but it's worth checking out if you're into Southeast Asian cuisines. It's a Cambodian grocery so a rarity compared to the more-common Viet ones (which often have ample Thai imports) and has some different and notable products. However, the really big draw for me and most customers I think is the selection of fruit, vegetables, and especially exotic cuts of meat. If there are parts of various livestock you seek and can't normally get at Publix, you'll quite likely find them here. And the produce is fresh and second-to-none. As to people's reviews on Google reviews saying the store is dirty, smelly, and nasty--well, it's a bit run-down but safe. I came here with a friend who is Chamorro and thus very familiar with Asian grocers--he lived in the Philippines, as well. He's just like "yeah, this is the real deal, you can tell, this is where you come to buy liver and leave with fruit that you don't even know what it is". I think he's summed up the experience pretty fairly there.

One of the few Cambodian-owned, ethnic grocers located in Jacksonville that carries a variety of Asian produce and food items. Don't let the exterior and the location turn you away. For such a small store, they carry plenty of fresh Asian produce and herbs, meats, prepared foods and everything in between. Even fruits from Asia, such as durian, which has an unpleasant smell if you've never smelled it before. Keep in mind it's the fruit and NOT the store. Since the store is so small, the aisles are really tight. As always check expiration dates. Parking for the store itself is very tight, though it is next a strip mall where is more parking. Overall though you can get whatever Asian produce or other item you are looking for and prices seem to be pretty reasonable compared to the other Asian stores.

Delicious freshly made kimchi. It was a bite spicy but good and not for the faint of heart. They are in a small strip mall that if you blink you will miss it but we'll worth the stop to see what other it's they offer. I will be trying them again.

Very nice products, and really kind people that work there! I love the noodles that they sell! That's why i come. Really recommend this store for go to items.

Very wide selection for such a small place good for Southeast Asians, customer service needs a little work but other than that is my fav asian grocery place so far
