SoNapa Grille

My wife and I had dinner here on Friday evening with my mother and a long time friend who is in town visiting. The food was amazing with some of the most tender meat I've ever tasted. The Chef, Ash did an amazing job on everyone of our dishes. Even came out to introduce and welcome us to the restaurant. Our waitress, Cristina (hope I spelled her name correctly) was also a gem!! We were sad to see that a couple who had come in after us, were upset about someone in our party being too loud and instead of saying something to us, they blamed our waitress AND didn't tip her. WOW!!! That's ok, we made sure to tip her over 60% of our bill!! Message to the owner... Ash and Cristina were amazing and handled everything with class... unlike some of your patrons!

Met up with friends for a fun date night and kicked things off with some delicious cocktails. To start, we ordered the Three Cheese Asiago bread--and wow, that bread was amazing! It would've been a nice touch if it were complimentary, but we couldn't complain.For the mains, I went with the pork chop, while my wife chose the mixed grill curry. As always, we swapped plates halfway through to get a taste of each other's dish. Both were fantastic--really hard to choose a favorite!Overall, it was a great dinner with even better service. Can't wait for the next one!

This is a very popular restaurant and bar in Jacksonville Beach offering California inspired foods and wines from Sonoma and Napa Valleys. The ambiance is beachy and classy. Beautiful decor with great subdued lighting. I loved it. The darker woods with very comfortable booths were just what I like.Our server was Brandon, who was a delight with lots of great tips about the area as well as delicious items and wines on the menu. He was awesome, attentive with a good sense of humor. I ordered the Korean BBQ Ribs with shoestring fries. The ribs were delicious and spicy but I didn't care to have so much sauce poured over the fries. Less is more in this instance. A mix of flavors would be better. My daughter ordered the Thai Coconut Curry Grill with center cut sirloin. She liked her meal just as it was.For dessert, we shared the Bread Pudding. It was very good.We had a lot of fun there, thanks to Brandon's outgoing personality! Parking was free just outside the restaurant. We definitely would return again.

The restaurant was very busy each time we went, not sure if they take reservations but it would be a good idea. We sat on the patio and the weather was perfect. Food was really good, I had the flatbread and pumpkin soup. My coworkers had the meat dishes and they both thought it was the best meal they had that week. Service was not great, but perhaps they were having an off day?I'd go back, and so would my fellow diners.

Great ambience and decor. Our server was attentive, an offer specials and suggested dessert. The food took a bit longer to come out, but it was well worth the wait. Salmon salad, and steak plates were delicious and well cooked. Will definitely return.Dessert was well worth the experience

This is a beautiful restaurant with a bar and multiple dining rooms. I had reservations for 4:30 PM and when I arrived, I asked about the happy hour. I was happy to hear that I could enjoy the happy hour specials from the bar or in any dining room, so I decided to keep my reservation and sat in the front dining area. Our server, Casey, greeted us and took our orders promptly. I chose a Sauvignon Blanc wine from Ghost Block and ordered the Korean barbecue ribs with a side of fries and a Caesar salad. I had tried the ribs at a Yelp event last year and wanted to have them again. Although they were still tasty, they weren't as good as they were at the event. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We decided to have dessert as well, and the doughnut bread pudding was absolutely stunning and delicious. Overall, I would rate this place a four out of five and would definitely dine here again. The pricing was reasonable for a place of this caliber.

This place is so good!! Idk why there isn't more of a younger crowd here. The restaurant was filled with lots of senior citizens which was such a surprise because they have a beautiful bar with cocktails, plenty of delicious wine and food!!! The goat cheese appetizer was so creamy and full of sweet flavor dropped with honey. The wine was good this was a Sauvingon Blanc. And for my entree I had the special of the day -Wild caught halibut with creamy wine risotto and asparagus

This was an excellent choice for a relatively early New Year's Eve dinner: very attractive space, very lively energy level, excellent food and service. Our server, Samantha, communicated effectively with the chef to prepare large, perfectly seared sea scallops over wilted spinach; not on the menu as such, but a wonderful way to accommodate my wife's IBS diet. She LOVED this dish. I had the pappardelle Parmesan with shrimp and scallops, which was delicious. We split a garden salad and had an excellent California red blend. Our tab was just over $100 before tip, an excellent value. Highly recommended.

Food was absolutely delicious -- Korean bbq ribs had a spicy yeah flavorful sauce, and the ribs themselves were incredibly tender. Chicken Marsala was filling and great, with the risotto and chopped asparagus flowing gracefully with the chicken. Our waitress was nice and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere itself was welcoming and cozy. Would definitely come back!

Service is always great here. I am giving it a three because I go here and look forward to what I'm used to ordering. I ordered the edamame potstickers and they took away the two sauces that usually come with it. Do yourself a favor SoNapa, if it's not broke, don't fix it.
