Social Grounds Coffee

Really delicious coffee at this cafe. I enjoyed sitting in to enjoy a coffee and sweet treat for breakfast.The staff were really nice here and quickly served my order. I sat at one of their tables and worked from my laptop.The cafe is located in Springfield. There is ample street parking. Really cute addition to the area.

A nice little coffee shop with tons of signs outside to bring you in.The barista was really sweet and patient. Giving my husband and I plenty of time to look at the menu and order.Their pastry case was stocked and looked delicious.It is not a huge coffee shop but they do have seating and a bar to sit at as well.I ordered a matcha latte with a lemon poppy seed scone. It came out quick and we had a nice area to sit and enjoy.My only complaint was the bathroom was in a very crammed area and women's bathroom was out of order so I had to use men's bathroom which was a bit dirty. Overall, the coffee and service were amazing.

We ordered the sausage, egg, & cheese and a latte to go. Once we got on the road we noticed the sandwich had only two tiny pieces of sausage in it (see pic). The coffee was decent. The barista was ok. Coffee: 7/10Food: 3/10

Social Grounds Coffee is not only about great coffee but also about giving back, which I really admire. Their cold brew is strong and smooth, and the honey lavender latte I tried was perfectly balanced. The staff is always so friendly, and the community-focused atmosphere makes it a place I love coming back to. It's great for grabbing a quick coffee or sitting down to enjoy the vibe.

Very friendly and happy staff. The food is very fresh and the coffee is fantastic. Nice little spot to spend some time in your day.

Food: The apple turnover was approved by my right year old niece. It was warmed up for her! (Thanks a bunch!) On a scale of 1 to 5, she said it was "1000 out of 5!"Lattes were perfect! My twelve year old loved her iced matcha because that's her tester drink lol mine is a lavender latte. Just wanna savor that espresso flavor!Ambiance: The vibe was just mwah! If I wasn't with the kiddos I would have sat here and journaled, or crocheted or worked on some fiction all day! I could get list in time here. They were playing some ethereal, low fi super chill ambient music. Loved it! Social Grounds is cute, quaint, and when I'm in Jax again I'll be sure to patronize this spot again. Decided to check this place out for coffee on a Saturday morning with a group of 6. We were immediately greeted warmly and shown menus plus the overflowing baked goods display. Cue instant drools and "oooo!"s all around!We placed orders for drinks, sandwiches and pastries, which they gladly warmed up for us, and grabbed a table to get out of the way. Everything came out quickly (as quick as you can when you're pulling espresso for 6 different drinks!) and we tucked in.The good: Biggest rave was the caramel frappe (not too sweet with a great balance of espresso) and iced lattes. The taste was bold without being bitter or burnt, something we all appreciated. The cinnamon rolls were fresh, soft and gooey with just the right amount of icing, not a crumb left behind. As we ordered more caramel frappes to go (don't judge), we learned how much they work with the community. Love supporting local businesses, especially those that give back to their community. Highly recommend! Solid chance we will go back for coffee again tomorrow.

I got their warmed up Spinach Kolache and my favorite Lavender Vanilla (sugar-free) latte with skim milk delivered to my job. The latte was excellent and the kolache was like a cheesy bread bomb of spinach which left me not wanting anything else to eat.

Lavender Vanilla Latte! Bold espresso flavor, creamy oat milk with a nice hint of lavender married into the vanilla flavor. I think their coffee is even better than the last time I remember it! I love supporting this veteran owned business. The people are always friendly and it's a nice spot to get some work done and be productive

Stopped in here while waiting for reddiarts to open. The food was great, I normally have a really hard time eating new food bit this actually had me eating happily. My hot chocolate is delicious and served with beautiful presentation.Overall an extremely pleasant stop for me.
