Good pizza, made me feel like I was back in nyc , service was good and the ambiance was nice and clean

I ordered through yelp. It was okay, easy to order. They quoted me 45 mins. I happened to get there after 30 mins and the food was ready so wish I had gotten a text saying it was ready earlier (for people that don't show up randomly early like me). The pizza was okay. Being from Jersey I'm pretty particular, I'd put this in line with chains - dominos papa John's etc. the Sicilian looked good tho, may try that next time. The salad was meh. For $11 it was just some lettuce, onions, and 2-3 cherry tomatoes? Not a mixed house salad. The yelp price of Mozzarella sticks was $11, and it had only 5 sticks that are clearly just Costco frozen sticks they heat up and that annoyed me. $2/stick is a massive markup. All in I won't order again but maybe stop by when I just want 1 quick slice as a pit stop for lunch or something. They do have TVs in their eating area, although it's small. Maybe 10 tables.

The last few times I've been to Slice have been greatly improved! Service has been super cordial and helpful!! Another Big Plus - Rocky's Wings are here!!!Next week they'll add beer & wine - I'll be back and there might be an extra star added!

Slices of Oakleaf has gone down the tubes and fast. What used to be very good ny style pizza has quickly gone down the crapper. 1st they have a staff that doesn't have a clue on what there doing there. They constantly mess up your order, don't know any of the questions you ask them. Can't process your order over the phone anymore stating some kind of nonsense that the manager need to out in a code before they can except your payment by phone. And what used to be very good pizza has completely turned into something that fast less than desirable. I wouldn't recommend them anymore they've changed for the worst!

This was my first time going to Slice! I walked in and it was a cute little pizza place. The kept everything clean. The person who helped me out was very nice and attending. There are a lot of different specialty pizzas. I think the ones for the lunch special are the ones that are on display so if you don't see something maybe ask. I'm not quite sure because I saw what I wanted. But it never hurts to ask! I was able to get 2 slices of pizza and a drink for $10 off of their lunch special menu(Combo #3) I got a slice of supreme and white. They were huge, so you'll definitely will be full or need a to go box. The white pizza was my favorite I love the dollops of ricotta on the pizza! The supreme is an OG(original) and it's good! I loved the crust on the pizza as well. It was buttery and crispy. I'm usually on this side of town every week so this might become a regular spot!

SLICE Oakleaf Pizza delivers a pizza experience that's anything but ordinary.Two huge specialty slices and a soda for less than $10 is a great deal. The Pickle Pizza is a must-try - a surprising burst of tanginess perfectly balanced on a crispy crust. Hot slices straight from the oven add to the enjoyment. Wings are on the menu, but I come here for the pizza! Friendly service and a cozy vibe make it a go-to spot for a quick and tasty meal. Just be ready for a slight wait.

The pizza is yummy and sometimes different but always fresh. Order by the slice or the whole pie!!!

This place has been remodeled. It use to have the pizza display in front of the kitchen pass area. Order a slice and they would hand it to the kitchen thru the pass. Now you order a slice and they have to walk it all the way back to kitchen. Not a good setup. $4.99 for a slice? Not in this place, probably one of the worst slices in Jax. They are taking advantage of being the only pizza place near the Oakleaf area. Sure there Domino's and Marcos for a whole pizza. The rent must be so high in the Oakleaf area nobody but fast food will open in the Oakleaf food desert.

Second time trying Slice. First time was a couple years ago, dined in with the 2 slice lunch special and enjoyed it (the white specifically). Today we decided to get a whole pie togo, large Hawaiian. 75% of the bottom side was dark black leaving a burnt and chalky taste in your mouth. Also, it barely had any sauce. The slices we ate had 50% of the bites with no sauce, just cheese and toppings. Sad because we were really craving NY style pizza but this did not hit the spot.

Pizza is reheated, if you are lucky. Sometimes it is just served stale and warm. Rubbery cheese is unwelcome.
