Not please, will not return. Very disappointed. Very much rushed. Work had to be redo and still isn't up to standard.

I highly recommend this salon. This is my fourth visit since moving to the area. Jenny gives the best pedicures. The salon is clean and the equipment is top notch.

I recently started going to Sky Nails to get my nails done for the first time. John gave me a beautiful set with the hybrid gel. I love it so much and highly recommend Sky Nails!

Got a personal recommendation to check out Sky Nails, so when I needed to get a mani pedi for an event so I decided to check them out. I called ahead and made my appointment. When I called I said I wanted to come in at 3:15. There was definitely some back and forth with the lady when I tried to book that time. She kept saying yes, I have plenty of openings what time do you want to come.. perhaps I had bad service but non the less I left the call thinking I was booked for 3:15.Day of, I was running 5-10 mins late. That's definitely my bad but when I came in around 3:20/3:25 they had me booked for 3!!! So they weren't sure if they could accommodate me, however they said they'd help me out which I really appreciated. During my manicure the lady dremeled down the tops of my nails and I told her not to. She said she needed to as I had polish stains (see pictures) I had and she said she wouldn't do a lot. I thought the color I picked might have been sheer, but it was totally opaque so I'm not sure why she felt the need to take off so much nail, since any staining would have been covered anyways. I think it's fair to see from the attached pictures showing the grow out after my manicure that she did do a lot. I've never had a ridge in my nails after any other gel manicure. Because of the dremeling my nails are so weak and constantly break now. The frustration of this is what lead me to write my review. I even had a nail break during my event and I think it's due to this. My nails are not normally so fragile. When I booked I was very clear that I needed a gel manicure, with repair to two nails and a pedicure. Since things got so messed up with my appointment they didn't know what I was coming in for. After the manicure they thought I was done but I said, no I still needed the pedicure. They asked if I could wait a little since they had other customers now and I said I understood. Which I really do, things got messed up with the booking.. but I ended up waiting for an hour just to get started! When I did get my pedicure I had chosen a matching polish color to the gel I used on my manicure but it was a totally different shade. They ended up wiping it off and doing a gel pedicure. I didn't leave until 6!! Left two stars since they did take me and do my nails despite the scheduling mistake and me being late. However I won't be coming back due to how brittle and weak my nails have been since I came in. I can't wait for the rest of the nail to grow out.

Most definitely my #1 favorite nail spa in jacksonville. Highly recommend to any and everyone, women and men, adults and children. The owners are insanely sweet and kind, I've never felt so comfortable at a nail salon. My boyfriend and I have only been three times now and will continue to come back! Amazing pedicures and wether it's a gel manicure or I'm getting a full set, they do a really great job, don't take all day and have reasonable prices. You won't regret coming here!

Everything was so clean and nice! The staff were excellent and the prices are incredible. Will definitely go back!

My toes look absolutely ugly I will never come back here an I got charged 65 for my toes please don't waste your money here they suck there service was not good

So I came in to sky nails for a Pedicure back in May this year I was helped by a gentleman not sure of his name he was not very talkative or friendly just seemed like he did not want to be there maybe he was sick this day he was doing a lot of coughing, so he was filing my Heal down then started to Filing the side of my foot hard enough to cause my foot to start bleeding I pulled my foot away he walked off and I'm just seating there looking at my foot bleeding one of the lady's that works there noticed and told him when he came back he says sorry under his breath almost grudgingly like I was Inconvenienceing him by being there. One of the lady's sprayed my foot with some thing and he put a bandaid on it be for I left. My feet were not bad at all Especially the sides of my feet where there were no callouses but soft skin not sure Why he was faling the side of my foot in the first place. The lady's there were more apologetic then he was. Still gave him a decent tip but I will never go back. Was not going to say anything but this has really stuck with me how Careless he was about the whole thing very unprofessional.

I didn't get anyone's name but everyone working at the spa took park in my mani pedi. Very welcoming and thorough. Listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. Highly recommend! I'll be back again.
