Skate Station

Had so much fun on adult Friday, went with a group of friends some of us had out own skates some rented. There isn't any clear rules or guidelines as to where and how to skate, some skaters mentioned the outside is for faster skaters not sure if that's true‍. Music was not great I had gone in the past and Thursdays used to be throw back music and only adults on the skating rink. The adult part still continues which is great but music was not great was definitely expecting better music that just makes the experience better many skaters had their own headphones that seems a bit dangerous to me skating near someone who can't hear me.

We had a wonderful time. We visited for my birthday. Ice skating has always been on my to do list and it did disappointing. It was a lot of fun thanks to all the staff and great service. We will be back.

Will have to remember to take more pics without faces next time. Location:: Easy to get to. Cleanliness: As expected, pretty clean, but not perfect- lots of kids.Rink: Smooth for the most part- further out and edges are rough/could be updated. Some kids going in the opposite direction, but announcements were made to correct this. They also do some dance sessions and games for the kids.Snack Bar: Drinks only- pretty quick lines on the day we went. Fairly typical for an amusement place in prices.Skates: (Only rented for myself as kids had some), comfortable- included in skate price even if don't need...which is a downside- should be cheaper if you have your own.Staff: Friendly for the most part.Outcome: pretty economical, but we used two coupons for free skates. Cost of two was $37 which included a $5 'Spectator' fee, which is pretty ridiculous.

We go jet because it's the only one in the area. The employees are nice but it needs an upgrade for sure. The bathrooms need help as they are tiny. The food is expensive and not great.

Dated, but nice skating ring with arcade and rockwall in Mandarin. We recently hosted my daughter's birthday party here and the staff was awesome! We did have some communication issues trying to schedule the party and pay a deposit (which we never paid), but the party went off without a hitch. The young folks working here was very friendly and accommodating to our daughter and her friends for the party; making sure all the kids had a great time.

Overall a good time because of friends. Floors are extremely warn and need repair. Wiped out because of a crack in the wood. Referees have a whistle and LOVE to use it. Many people on the rink showed discomfort and annoyance at the constant whistle blowing. The red light green light game lasted fifteen minutes, and the rules were completely changed! I've been skating my whole life and the rules have never been changed around and manipulated so much. Food on the other hand was good, especially the pepperoni pizza. It took awhile to be ready though.

Nice place for a "physical" birthday party. A new item for new or rusty skaters is a PVC cage on wheels to hold on to (extra charge) to lessen the falls...lol! Music is good and loud, skates are new, have video games, climbing wall and caged area for kids to play. Also refreshments like pizza. People like to have places to go for birthday parties and this is certainly an option!

My husband and I just moved to the area and we were thrilled to find we were so close to such a local gem! This place gives me all of the 90's vibes and we absolutely love they have an adult skate every Thursday night. The DJ plays current and throwback songs and it's a great way to get out of the house and have some fun. We will continue to go and support this local establishment!

Enjoyed my visit. The place is kept very neat and clean. Great atmosphere. Attends very polite and helpful. Definitely plan on going back.
