Sisters Cafe

Such a great little hidden lunch time spot close to the river. We had the buffet and filled up on a few plates of everything from comfort foods to the nice selection of desserts that they offer on a daily basis. It was busy as its one of the main places in the area but still you were taken care very quickly and never ran out of drinks. Loved it and will be back!

It's been a while since we stopped here so we decided to give it a try today on our way to Gainesville. It was crazy busy! The parking lot was overflowing and people were lined up outside. I anticipated a wait which was fine. We weren't in a rush. But they escorted us right in! The buffet was pretty much as we remembered - good ole southern fare- hot and fresh - even an hour before they were to close! We filled up on fried chicken, fried shrimp, fresh salad, fried okra which were all delicious. The mashed potatoes were in their last leg but it was almost closing time. The zipper beans had a great taste. It were slightly dry. The desserts were all delicious. We tried the Apple crisp and peach cobbler and figured we would have to be rolled out. But we oogled over the rest of the desserts that looks amazing. Yes I'd stop again!

Buffet style home cooking with a huge selection of great southern food for a very reasonable price. If you're passing through anywhere near Branford Florida, between 1030 and 230 it would be worth checking out. But be warned, you might not have room to eat anything else that day. The food and large dessert selection makes it easy to overstuff yourself!

Our first visit and even though we don't live near by, we will definitely be back! The minute you open your car door in the parking lot you are awash with the smell of good 'ole southern cooking, just like Grandma cooks on Sunday after church! An immaculate southern cooking, salad bar and dessert bar! Everything is homemade and cooked fresh! You name it they got it, from fried shrimp, fried ribs, fried chicken, fried fish filets, fried steak to BBQ ribs, baked chicken, spaghetti, butter beans, black eyed peas, collards, rice, mac & cheese, mashed taters with brown gravy.........and SO MUCH MORE! Service matches the food; friendly, fast and EXCELLENT!! Truly a gem of a restaurant!!!

Oh, my. We are in love with Sisters Cafe. We happened upon this sweet place when we were attending a funeral in the area. I'm so glad we found this jewel. The staff is on point with keeping the buffet clean and stocked. Their fried shrimp is yummy! The desserts are very simple; but, who can't turn down an ice cream machine? We have returned and it is always slammed. The locals fully support this cafe. Always a great sign! Enjoy!!

This place is amazing, I've been coming here for years. I never get tired of the place. It's a very nice place to go if you're looking for a nice country buffet. The food is amazing. They have plenty of staff helping you with anything. And best of all the dessert is always filled

Food like none other. best fried chicken anywhere .Selection of vegetables and salad bar,very crowded on Sunday at lunch.

Fried chicken is best by far for miles around. Would highly recommend five stars for sure.
