Sheffield Regional Park

I love taking my dog to this park. She loves to run on the paved area all the way to the dock overlooking the water. I just wish people would pick up after their pets and not throw their garbage on the ground. The open field beyond the dock is perfect for my puppy to run. She loves it!! There is a really nice playground for kids and what seems to be a new tennis court. There is also a basketball court.

My go to when it's a nice day and I just want to be in nature. There are several trails and 2 large lakes plus wildlife. Today was a picture day after I did my walk.Luckily I left early, around 2.10, cars were lining up to pick up school kids. I didn't get caught in that traffic!

(From November 2021)As someone who's always looking for public parks in areas I visit, I was happy to find this upon seeing the google maps recommendations and YELP of course. It's located in a suburban area so easily accessible. There's a lot of trails, a playground, some softball fields, and the pretty views of the lake whether you're viewing from the fields or walking along the trails in the forest.It's a bit of a hike from the hotels near the airport but definitely worth the visit to get in touch with nature and clear your mind.

I just stopped here to eat lunch and it seems like there's lots to do. There are picnic tables, a playground and a lake for fishing with a fishing dock and walking trail around the lake. Fishing must be pretty good since I saw a bunch of people fishing. This place is worth checking out if you're in the area.

We love this place! You can take a stroll with your family, have a picnic by the lake and finish your day at the park at the playground.

We love this park! The playground is new and pretty! They have a fence around the whole playground area to divid the street and play area. We played in the large field today with our soccer Net. Lots of space to run around! You can go fishing. There is a dock also. This place is great for photoshoots for any photographer yelpers out there. My 3 year old LOVES this park. Definitely the best option for park fun on the Northside.
