My son is 6 years old and he's been going to Sharkey's for his haircuts for 3 years. My son us in the autism spectrum and doesn't like getting his hair cut. He was not a fan of the buzzing sound or sensation and doesn't like his hair being cut by scissors but with time he became more understanding and accepting.Now my son doesn't cry or throw a temper tantrum when cutting his hair. He goes happy because he knows he will get some dip and dots along with a ballon after he gets his haircut.I am truly grateful for Sharkeys.You've just gained a lifelong customer!

New management! The staff was very nice and patient, my kids enjoyed watching tv or gaming, they offer nail and makeup services as well as a few accessories for a fun pampering treatment, and they finished all 3 of my kids within 30min.

I wound up making an appointment for my kiddo to get his haircut. I made the earliest time you could, to avoid crowds.When I arrived there was one other person who had made an appointment with their child. Emma, who was the only appointment there was kind and accommodating. She let me know that she was taking the first appointment (the people ahead of us), and then would be with us, but my kiddo could pick out his car and a show to watch while we waited.She took her time with the first kid ahead of us, making sure to take care of the kiddo. Once she was done with him and that person paid, she took care of us. I showed her a picture of what we were going for. She took her time, was meticulous to get everything right.She was quite the multitasker, taking care of another set of kids that came in who didn't have an appointment, explained the process if someone came in with an appointment, all while continuing to cut my kiddo's hair.I was really impressed that for being the only one working, she was able to handle the kids and the parents. We loved coming to Sharkey's. The staff are kind and friendly and very patient. I like the cute seats that are made out of cars and that the kids have access to tons of distractions to keep them busy. Designed for children in mind. My kids get super into being in the environment.

This is going to be my number one hair salon spot for my son from now going forward!!! We found out it even existed from an ad on Facebook offering free haircuts for any new client! It was a 40 min drive from my work, but only 10 min from the house we just bought, so I wanted to give it a shot. Made a reservation a couple of days ago and walked right in on time and got seated immediately! For the little kids, they can choose between a police car, race car, and some other girly ones. For my 10 year old he got to sit in the Xbox chairs and play fortnight! He was so happy!!!! I loved the cut and the customer service and he got a ballon and candy when we left! Such a great place!! Can't wait to come back!!

HIGHLY recommend This salon for kids! They have it all, from cars to princess station to get dressed up and get the nails done. They also do a rewards program so you can build up to different prices or merchandise or a haircut! We had Alice as a stylist and she was so calm with my son and made sure he was comfortable and made sure I was comfortable with her cutting my sons hair throughout the entire process to make sure it was what I wanted. Really knew what she was doing! The salon itself was clean, balloons ready to go, candy, stickers (which my son absolutely LOVED). TVs at every station and parents can pick what the kids want to watch. The only thing my station didn't have NETFLIX logged in so I'm not sure if that was a glitch so we had to use our phone to watch Little Baby Bum but that was alright with me :) We had the baby's first haircut package that runs about 26$ that includes the certificate, stickers, picture, balloon, a shark tattoo and of course a lock of hair. Absolutely worth it! They give the certificate paper clipped to the lock of hair and stickers and the picture. I actually cut the picture to fit into the certificate and taped the lock to the certificate. I taped it because i can frame it later if i want! So Sharkey's I hope you take this idea! And I'm going to keep it in a frame. Thanks for an amazing experience, my GO TO kids salon! Thanks Alice again for an amazing job with William!

My little guy got my gift of incredibly thick and fast-growing locks. This means by 16 months he's already had two haircuts. Both times we made an appointment online (super convenient, and next-day appointments are usually available!). While we did wait a short time each time despite having an appointment (labor shortage, can't blame 'em!) we did enjoy watching our favorite songs and videos in one of the cool sports car chairs. Thankfully my little guy behaved well and was pretty still, but the hairdressers were incredibly patient and willing to let him check out their tools, wiggle around a little. I couldn't imagine taking him anywhere else at this point - we love Sharkey's!

Great for kids cuts. My son absolutely love coming here. He can watch paw patrol while sitting in a toy car.

I fallowed Tammy to this kids cuttery for a few reasons... Best of which is the results! Super friendly place... even for adults!
