Beautiful Golf Course in well, maintain, not as nice as TPC Sawgrass. Clubhouse was nice but also dated, and the homes around the golf, course were honestly very disappointing and underwhelming

I will always love coming to visit Sawgrass. It will always hold a special place in my heart. That said, I must admit that the service we had at brunch today was honestly the worst any of us had ever experienced. I don't know where the disconnect was. Guys, let's get it together here!

This place has been soaked in money for so long that it barely remembers anything else. There's something easy about the comfort of old money. It doesn't need to be snarky and condescending like new money. It has a quiet, reserved sense of entitlement that is almost affable, if not genial. It can be a little off-putting to see a 16 year old driving a $120,000 BMW, but at least the pretensions aren't affectations. If you can see past the absurd amounts of money, you will certainly be able to enjoy yourself. The beach is quieter here than elsewhere, the pool is well maintained, and the restaurants are exactly what you would expect.I haven't played on the golf course, but I assume it is up to par ;-)

Played golf there and stayed after for dinner. They had a buffet that was fantastic! It was very inexpensive (under $20) with great variety. Prime rib, Salmon, Chicken, Pasta Bar (with chef), caesar salad, mixed greens salad, green beans, potatoes and lots of deserts. Golf was great. Caddy was a little annoying (forecaddy). He wanted to read all the greens for us. Course was in great condition. Beautiful grounds and clubhouse. Went there previously for the Players tournament.

Fantastic happy hour on the patio looking out over the 18th hole. The appetizers were fantastic and the signature drinks were amazing all at a very attractive price. I highly recommend it.

I went here for Sunday brunch only; invited by friends; bottom line it was a disappointment. The buffet line was two opposing lines meeting at a line chef, very confusing! The quality of the food (except desserts), and presentation was average, and I expected much more from a world class golf resort. Waitstaff was very good, grounds, and clubhouse is outstanding, and parking was good. Don't ware Jeans!

I would tell you to go for the beach, the pool, and that's about it. The food here has never impressed. Sure there are some jewels to be found on the menu, Cobb Salad... well that's about the only jewel I can think of. Skip the buffets, skip the dinners, skip just about everything here. To be fair they try VERY hard. They are limited to what/when the membership wants and they dealing with a old cranky bunch. I hate to overuse the expression but this is God's waiting room. I think if they opened up the dining to the public and allowed some fresh blood in they might have the traffic to up their offerings. Until then I'll go for the beach, and get a drink... that's about it.

WOW! What a fantastic lunch we had here. From the moment we arrived (we are not members) we were greeted like they wanted us to dine with them. The Dining Room Manager introduced himself and off we went. We chose to eat in the bar which was absolutely beautiful..All dark woods,a good crowd and very casual. You felt at home. I had the best burger I've had since living in Ponte Vedra (2 years now) and my wife and our guest had their Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich with Chow Chow and hot sauce. They loved it. We finished with a very good version of Pecan Pie with housemade Bourbon Ice Cream. The prices were reasonable, the service suburb, the atmosphere facing the 19th hole was beautiful. We will be back for sure! A really great place to take out of town guests!
