Great service and food, SO MUCH LOBSTER! I had it hot with butter, no mayo. About $34 a role, but a full 8 ounces plus a lobster tail was thrown on top for us. Definitely worth the price. I don't think there was any extra season, and it was not needed- the meet was flavorful and tender.Food truck off Hodge's, go Saturday and early as they don't always have meat left for Saturday.

I was driving by and saw this truck, but it did not look like they were open yet. I saw the owner behind the truck and I asked when they might open. She indicated that she was just about to open and she would get my order going. I requested a Connecticut roll. She came to my car a short while later and brought the roll and said she'd added coleslaw and chips. It was about $21. Initially, I thought the price was a bit high, but I wasn't quite sure what I had gotten yet. When I got home and opened the container, it did seem a bit expensive given that I had a small bag of ruffles potato chips, coleslaw, and a small lobster roll. I also wasn't quite sure about whether or not the lobster roll already had the butter on it or not. In the takeout container was a container of butter, lemon, and seasonings. I honestly was a little confused. I wasn't sure if this was a do-it-yourself situation or if they were just giving extra condiments. The roll was alright. I must say that it maybe wasn't as good as others that I've had but it was OK. The lobster tasted fresh, so that was good. Unfortunately, there was some liquid underneath the roll which made the potato rolls soggy, and when I finish eating, there was a congealed substance underneath it, which was a bit off putting (see pics). I've seen this truck parked on the side of the road on Hodges so many times. So I'm glad that I had a chance to stop in and try them. The owner was very nice and she shared that they will be opening a cookie business soon. They unfortunately did not have cookies available or lemonade on the day that I visited.

5 starts for service and the fact that they have full belly friend clams! We've purchased whole lobsters in the past that were absolutely delicious and when they didn't have them today, I found out they did have full belly clams! They're hard to find in Florida and growing up in Massachusetts has me craving them often. The batter was crunchy and super salty with the addition of the clams but when I dipped them in the homemade tater sauce..... The tarter sauce has dill in it, what an awesome addition and change from the ordinary! Super excited to know that I can cure my clam craving!

I've been meaning to check out Satur's Lobster Pound. I've seen one of their trucks on Hodges Blvd., so when I saw one off of Racetrack road, I knew I needed to stop.My first call was to my mom, who is a connoisseur of all things lobster. No seriously, we used to spend every summer in Maine. My mom's a tiny lady, and she could easily eat two lobsters in less than 30 minutes. She jumped at the chance to pick me up and head over to Satur's Lobster Pound. The truck was on Racetrack going towards the new Durbin plaza. We pulled up and luckily no one was there. Got out of the car and were greeted by a gentleman. After looking over the menu, I opted for two Connecticut rolls. Connecticut rolls are basically warm lobster doused in butter. I'm not a huge fan of lobster salad, because I'm not a huge fan of mayo. I ordered two lobster rolls, which you could also get double meat for an additional $10 more per roll. I opted for a regular roll, mainly because I didn't think I could handle the double meat.I know $16 seems a bit steep for lunch, but trust me this is the going rate for a lobster roll. The gentleman said he gets the lobsters from Bar Harbor, ME. If that's the case, then these rolls were a steal. My mom ordered the classic lobster roll, which came with mayo and lemon butter. After about ten minutes, my rolls were ready. Please note, this specific location did not have tables/tent/ or the attached lemonade truck, but you could purchase lemonade or clam chowder. We got home and dug into our lobster rolls. First thoughts: Wow that's a healthy portion of lobster meat. I took out the butter and drizzled it over the entire roll. When in Rome, right? If it's not gushing with butter, it's not a Connecticut roll. My first bite was good. The meat was sweet (just like it should be) and tender. Each bite was better than the next. My mom's verdict: this is legit.Pros:-Good price for a lobster roll-No frills atmosphere-Tasted exactly like a Maine lobster roll-Lots of lobster one rollCons:-NoneTips: If you see this truck, stop.

After continuously seeing photos these massive lobster rolls on social media, my man and I decided to go hunt this truck down to see if their seafood is as good as everyone says it is. We found them at JTB and Hodges, but more closer to Sutton Park Dr and Hodges. We pulled off the road, parked, and walked up to the truck to see what they had at 3pm on a cloudy Saturday afternoon. We made some small talk and from that the owner suggested we try the warm lobster roll, the Connecticut roll (warm lobster, romaine lettuce, lemon, toasted roll) but we added double meat because why not? He showed the roll to us before bagging it with a pickle, a mountain of chips and cole slaw with dill sauce. Holy crap! I knew that the rolls were pricey but with the sides it definitely made it worth it. The meat was warm and fresh as promised and I only used half of the butter so not to drown it. I ate it all and couldn't eat anything else for the rest of the day. I was so happy and satisfied.Definitely will return to this lobster truck over and over again!

Weekends at the corner of Hodges and Sutton Park (very near JTB). 11-5, really special place, great food and service. So Yelp! puts their location far far away, so when I could not find them I called. The owner said "I have not figured out how to change my hours and location yet" then he told me where they are on weekends. The food was good, but he did not have lobster rolls they day, my favorite when I can get them. But we did get a special that included crab, sausage, corn, potatoes and shrimp. Her is my opinion:Crab - AMAZING, cooked to perfection, wish I bought two pounds. Shrimp - tails still on, which was the only reason I did not eat them whole. DELICIOUS. Sausage - for me, good not great. Potatoes - really well done. Corn - corn his hard to get correct with a boil and this was no exception. It gets soggy and this was soggy, still good but typical for a boil. They were out of Lobster Rolls, but he had a great add on special. But here is the real find CHERRY LIMEADE. Not normally a go to for me bu their version is FANTASTIC. Ask for the slush and a lid as you will want to savor this as you drive home. Parking? It is in the side of the road near J Turner Butler and Hodges Boulevard, so as long as there is not a line, parking is easy. The owner suggested you get there early, I say you go often.

When I learned of this food truck I was all about making sure I got to try them! We had an appointment Saturday right in the shopping plaza at Hodges off Butler and they are on the corner of Hodges and Sutton Park Dr. We popped in around 1:20pm on Sunday and I knew I wanted the Connecticut Roll and I thought I would get the clam chowder for my son. John wasn't hungry- but he did was to try their honey-lemonade. I ordered myself a strawberry lemonade as well. Lemonade is fresh squeezed and the lady loves to have a song to shake-shake-shake the lemonade up! Guess you can figure out what she was singing for our drinks! The food was up quick! I have honestly only had a Connecticut roll at one other place and this one was like one and a half of the other place! Let me say that again- 1 1/2 times as big!!! I had a whole lobster claw meat on top of the piled up lobster! John had decided to commandeer the chowder for himself- it's not New England- btw. It's a clam-corn chowder with potatoes and a little dill. It was good- just not our go to for clam chowder. They had a couple ahead of us while we waited to order and 2 other orders after us. I believe they were out of whole lobsters (I think I over-heard them saying that). But they get deliveries weekly- so be sure to stop buy either for a lobster roll, chowder or to see about getting a lobster!

This place absolutely lived up to its expectations. Their truck came to Nocatee food truck Friday. They did not have many items still in stock, so we ordered a typical lobster roll with double meat. OMG I have never had a better lobster roll. They were busting with meat. The staff was extremely friendly as well. I will be a regular here.
