Oh my, oh my, oh my, this is an AMAZING food truck. So worth the trip wherever they happen to be. Always check their Facebook page, they post where they are each week.I had seen their reviews and had secretly been stalking them. Yelp errantly listed their Thursday location as Julington Creek, but instead it is normally Flagler Station, so I bided my time until I was near Flagler Station on a Thursday. Guess what? I ordered a %#*€ ton of food. Guess what what? It was incredible. Guess what what what? Service was friendly, like you were dining at a friends house. Okay, I am sure you are dismissing my stalking story, which is what I will do if I am ever questioned by the police. But you really want to hear about the food. Meatballs - I really want to find out how he makes his meatballs, they are DELICIOUS. But don't take my word, order them then send me a thank you through Yelp. Cheesy Bread - good, light, super crisp and chewy at the same time. Pepperoni Pizza - I am not a fan of pepperoni, so don't judge me. My son loves pepperoni and he liked this pizza. White Pizza - I think he made a deal with the devil, because I could eat my weight in this pizza, one of the best I have had anywhere. FANTASTICO. Not sure where they are? Call ahead and Sal will drop you a pin. But run, don't walk because I have a feeling they sell out every night.

5We absolutely loved Sal's. Being from Chicago I'm very picky about pizza. Got to say, this is by far some of the best pizza I've had since moving to Florida. Keep up the great work and thanks for stopping by our neighborhood!

Food is AMAZING! Sal's Cucina Food Truck was in our neighborhood and it was the best Italian we've had in forever! Homemade baked ziti with meatballs, spaghetti, and garlic cheese bread - no match for any restaurant in the area of Duval or St. John's ... probably Clay County either. High praise for this family and food ... so delicious!

My condo community booked this truck with an email from the truck owner confirming the date.. we booked 4 months in advance.. he basically did a no show stating he "didn't have us on his calendar ".

Great people running it and really great food! They were out of an item for what I was looking for, but offered to make as close to or similar as they could. Also offered really great suggestions to add for a deep dish and did it on the house for me!

Now the food is not only authentic old school Italian, but so is Sal and his wife. This is Italian food with flavors I grew up on with the flavors that most Italian restaurants cannot do. Why, you ask? Because restaurants don't cook with heart. This food is full of heart. Great job and I will look for you again

Amazing, delicious food. They were in our neighborhood this past week. They service was super friendly and helpful. I have a gluten sensitivity and Sal was able to accommodate me! I got gluten-free meatballs and they were absolutely to die for. My daughter got a calzone. She is extremely picky and it's nearly impossible to please her. She said this was probably the best she'd ever eaten. VERY high praise coming from her. I only wish I knew where they were this weekend because we are ready to have some more Sal's!!!!

Sal's truck came to my work and I took home pizzas and meatballs for dinner. It was fabulous and devoured by my family. My picky daughter ended up eating a whole pizza. The meatballs were gone in minutes. Practically no wait time. Price was great and the food was amazing. What more can you ask for?! I'd love to try more things next time. GO TRY THEM! You won't be disappointed.

Sal and his family own one of my favorite food trucks! I especially enjoy the cheesy bread, deep dish pizza, and alllll of the dessert! Best of all, Sal knows all of his customers and cares for them deeply! 110% recommend!
