I am so happy I was in the area for this place. For starters, if you check in here, you get a free philly cheese krab. It was delicious!! The times square roll was my favorite of the 4 we ordered. Edamame is a classic starter & pallet cleanser. The service was great, so fast and the workers were all friendly. VERY reasonable prices for sushi. Nice and quiet in here with ample seating. I will be a returning customer again & again!

I passed by this place a few weeks ago and added it to my list since I'm always on the search for the best sushi in town. I placed a pick up order around 530 on a Friday and it was ready in 10 minutes. It's in a bit of a strange location so parking was tight but there was spaces available. The restaurant itself is a bit oddly shaped. It definitely has a casual lunch vibe rather than a romantic date night vibe. Customer service was good. I ordered an avocado roll, sweet potato roll, and the veggie spring roll appetizer. I was a little shocked to see my total came out to almost $20. That's on the pricier side of sushi in the area. However, the food was delicious. Everything was made well, good temperature, and flavorful. It was also all well packed for pickup. While I don't think it was all worth $20, I was happy with the food.

Sake House 2 is my go to for sushi! I normally only get the fried rolls but my friends are typically a little bit more adventurous with their selections. The wait staff is.......okay. Not the nicest but they are prompt enough. They play a lot of K-Pop music and during lunch, you can sit near the sushi bar & watch them prepare the rolls. Also, the parking sucks! Especially during lunch or dinner. But if you don't mind walking, it is really nice to park a bit far & walk down. I like to do the river walk after stuffing my face. Lol

I've now had dinner here a handful of times - always before an event downtown. It's a quick trip over the bridge and I've always been able to walk right in. The rolls are always fresh and the service is good. The specialty rolls are worth the extra. This time was a Godzilla roll and an Angry Dragon roll, as well as a seaweed salad. Although it's a small parking lot, it's nice to have easy parking and walk just a couple of steps. We arrived at 6pm on a Friday night and were easily seated. Soonafter, I did notice all the tables were full. All in all, a good experience.

The daughter and I checked this place out on New Year's Day for a late lunch. She had the Rock and Roll and added spicy Mayo and Out of Control Sushi Roll. Both rolls were very tasty and definitely fulfilled our sushi craving. This place is kind of tucked away at the base of a Highrise apartments near the Skyway.

Craving sushi? Well this spot has some great options for you. Went here for the first time and we loved it. Had the seaweed salad as an app with a coconut lemongrass sake. And enjoyed three of their specialty rolls for our main course. I believe they were the spiderman, tokyo, diablo, and manhattan rolls. Couldnt remember the names, but they were definitely good choices. Good service and nice ambiance. Nice staff and price point was fair. Will be back again in the future. the coconut lemongrass sake was pretty bomb..,

Our second time at this sushi restaurant. Both occasions were equally good. The staff is friendly and attentive. The sushi is delicious with a huge variety. For a Saturday night the restaurant was surprisingly empty. Had a great time and will come again.

Yummy local spot! I wish their menu online reflected their true prices, but you need to press "Order Online" on their website. Just good to know!I really liked their Samurai Roll ($16.95) and their Salmon Sushi ($3.25 per piece) was super soft and buttery. My boyfriend enjoyed his Shrimp Hibachi ($21.95) but said it wasn't anything special. It came with soup, salad, rice, and noodles. My only complaint is in their wasabi, which was EXTREMELY bright green, not like I've ever seen wasabi before. It had no taste to it either, obviously very unlike wasabi, real or fake. I'm sure I'll be back to Sake House 2, maybe as a quick fix for some sushi in my area!

In lieu of visiting my favorite sushi spot in Jax, we took a visit to Sake House 2.Came for dinner with my coworker/friend and it was a great way to unwind for the evening and satisfy our sushi cravings. There's ample parking in the plaza it's located in and is in an area that is actually super cute to walk around after, in case you want to walk off din.The inside is pretty spacious and clean with service fast & friendly. I ordered the clear soup here and it wasn't the same as my favorite spot but was still pretty good. We got a few rolls and hibachi and it did not disappoint. A great spot if you're in the area and craving Japanese food.
