This is my first time ordering here and I hope it's not my last! The teriyaki tofu bowl was visually pleasing and tasted like nothing I had before. The tofu was soft and reminded me of doughnuts because of the delicious sauce. I also tried the shiitake mushroom onigiri, it was amazing! The mushrooms were soft and had this salty flavor that balances well with the rice. The service was incredibly helpful and nice to me and others around me. I loved the location and ambiance of the food truck too, it was easy to walk to and caught my attention immediately. I felt welcomed and I would like to buy from here again :]

Beat my expectations out of the water! Whether it be the affordable prices, speed of service, friendliness, or quality of the food, you will not be disappointed in any item. I tried the pork chasu bento box and a spicy tuna onigiri (rice patty with spicy tuna wrapped in seaweed). The bento box came with steamed rice topped with a hefty portion of tender pork chasu, edamame, pickled radish, a small pasta salad (so good!), and a slice of orange and apple. I can't wait to try the chicken curry (with extra chicken of course) the next time their food truck comes to our office again.

Awesome Japanese Bento box, I left japan in 2018. It is very hard to find authentic Japanese food this food truck came pretty close.

We saw this truck at the Orange Park Farmers market and it instantly stood out. The shoyu beef was absolutely spectacular and the onions that came with it were some of the best I've ever had. The karaage chicken was incredibly flavorful and they rice served with both dishes was perfectly cooked. (Plus the staff wears masks )

A co-worker provided me with a menu today while mentioning another person was headed to Fleming Island to pick up some lunch. I had tried Shoyu beef before and was eager to try the Umeboshi because the salty, pickled sour description peaked my interest. Upon arrival I was greeted by a thick, triangle-shaped onigiri (Japanese rice ball wrapped in nori) that I quickly devoured. The ume was a perfect balance of salty sour and the warm seasoned rice added to the deliciousness. After demolishing the onigiri (TIP: order more than 1), I quickly moved onto my bento box. Next time I will do my best to take beforehand pictures but I was able to capture some of the goodies inside the box. The beef was accompanied by seasoned rice, daikon, mushrooms, veggies and a tasty version of potato salad. Next time, I would ask for maybe some hot sauce or some spice as the beef was a little sweet but I still ate everything.
