My husband made reservations for our anniversary, and we were so excited to try this place out!The ambiance and restaurant as a whole were beautiful and relaxing! We had an amazing server as well! To start - the lobster arancini was delish! Buttery and crispy and all around yummy. For dinner - we had the gnocchi (added chicken on the side) and short rib entrees - both delicious and very good portion sizes! The gnocchi was light and soft, and the whipped ricotta on the side was so fresh. As for drinks, the waiter pulled my husband aside to pick a champagne for our anniversary which was very thoughtful! The espresso martini was fabulous!To end, we had the tiramisu which was light and the perfect combination of sweet and creamy. Will be back for sure!

First off, if you're looking for a beautiful restaurant with amazing decor and ambiance this place will knock your socks off in the decor department alone. If I was only rating how beautiful this restaurant is I would give it 5 stars. Unfortunately the food is what knocks this place down a star, I'm hoping these are just growing pains of being new. I will start with food that was amazing, the king crab leg was phenomenal such a wonderful balance of flavors and the mild heat and smokiness just elevated the already delicious crab ten fold. The fried mozzarella curds were so delicious and pillowy, the perfect crispy texture with just enough salt on them, and the sauce served with them was amazing. Next item I would race about is the lobster arancini, they were cooked to perfection with phenomenal flavor and the roe on top added such a wonderful salty texture to the dish. The 100 layer Lasagna was such a hearty flavorful dish, with a béchamel that is to die for on top. I would definitely order this dish again. Nonno's meatballs were also an amazing flavorful option, they were full of flavor, cooked to perfection and topped with delicious Parmesan that brought such wonderful nutty and salty compliment. Now for the underperforming items, the short rib bolognese and crispy potato. The short rib bolognese was served at room temperature with undercooked pasta and raw carrots in the sauce. The first bite I had was so off putting eating almost raw pasta, then taking a bite into the sauce with the raw carrots was incredibly disappointing after having such a great experience with the appetizers. Next the crispy potato, something I didn't think could be so messed up. The potato was over cooked and almost gummy, had no flavor and wasn't even salted or served with some type of flavorful sauce or butter. We will definitely come back in hopes of giving it another try or to just eat appetizers but really hope they improve on the bolognese and potato. I will say the service was great, very attentive and quick to refill glasses, checked in at appropriate times and cleared table promptly when needed.

Don't go! They need a new cook! My wife's pasta was way over cooked. My dish was greasy and tasteless. We thought the tiramisu was a joke! No flavor, overpriced. It looks really nice inside but I would give them a year till the cook is changed out.I would like to add more after my wife and I reflected... We felt rushed; still had our appetizer (fried zucchini - a ball of mush barely mixed with breadcrumbs) and our dinner was upon us. It seemed they rushed everyone else around us too. We both feel all the food was half assed. A new cook could probably save the place.

My husband and I were in town for work & we're looking for some really good food. We found this place walking distance from our Airbnb & it was amazing. The restaurant was very nice & smelled wonderful . Our server Sam was very friendly & knew the menu well. We ordered the bread plate & it was a lot of tasty bread, roasted garlic, honey, garlic butter & more. My husband had the Chicken Saltimbocca Parmesan, basically chicken parm on steroids. I had the Short Rib Bolognese which was fantastic. Everything is made from scratch so fresh! They have a beautiful courtyard out back with a fire pit & great lighting. I highly recommend giving them a try. You will not be disappointed. I only wished we had had room for dessert because it looked delicious.

The place is beautiful. It's huge really but they don't seem to really explain all the places you can sit. We sat inside by bar area. Seemed like all the tables were kinda squeezed in. Not super romantic when so many people so close. Server was prompt and polite and made good recommendations. We started with the bread service which was epic. So many options and the spreads were great. For apps we tried the octopus and the zucchini. I'm seafood allergic and they made accommodations for that which was great. The zucchini was tasty but soft in center. Dip was good. Bf had the octopus and enjoyed it. We ordered the ossobucco the parm and the lasagna. The ossobucco was beautiful and come with a small spoon to enjoy the marrow-it didn't fit but nice concept. The risotto was good. The saltimbiocca parm was so good thin crispy and covered in cheese. Would have both of these again. The lasagna sounds so good and the flavor was but just not enough meat sauce or meat. Will probably not have that again. For dessert there's limited options had to torta fella nonna sounded promising but not as written came with pistachio gelato not lemon and was almost allThe same texture again would not reorder. I think the place is beautiful and I would go back for another try. Cost for these items was $200 for 2 of us.

Best overall dining experience in a very long time. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, amazing ambiance. Wonderful service. Very friendly staff and never had to wait for anything. The food was perfection. The branzino was in the top three seafood meals I've ever eaten. There was a slight crunch on the outside, but it was tender and moist in the inside. Easy 5 stars! We will be frequenting Saint!

Definitely make reservations ahead of time if you are trying to come here. Pro tip: upstairs there is a bar with first come, first serve tables, so hopefully you get lucky!We were in St. Augustine for the weekend and wanted to check this place out. We got here a little after 5 on a Saturday and the wait was upwards of 1.5 hrs. We did get lucky upstairs and were able to grab a table for four.I ordered the bourbon and berries drink, while my boyfriend got a tequila mule. For food, we got the chicken saltimbocca and the short rib bolognese. The saltimbocca was good and the portion was huge! I wish the chicken was a tad bit crispier but it was juicy and flavorful. The rosemary was a nice touch.The short rib bolognese was also a nice satisfying meal, especially with colder temps in St. Augustine. It was a flavorful dish and I would recommend both.I'm not sure if the restaurant was just understaffed or too busy, but the service could use improvement. I know they opened recently but they had several people behind the bar and only 1 gal servicing the whole upstairs that I could see. She was friendly but I think just had too many tables on her hands. It took a while to get our table cleaned off and some menus, then same when it came to getting our check.

We heard about Saint Augustine's newest restaurant opening and had to come down. The ambiance and the atmosphere is second to none here in town, as were locals and have been everywhere in town. This was a breath of fresh air being the best meal we've had in Saint Aug in well over a decade. Our server was Alex another local which is refreshing these days. He was truly knowledgeable, polite, funny, & sweet as one could be to me and my whole family and we can be a handful. Thank you to Alex, the chef and kitchen, & Saint for an amazing evening. We'll be back time and time again in the future. Check it out!
