Rosita's Latin Flavor

Ordered the grilled chicken with an empanada. Thought the grilled chicken meal was awesome and really, really enjoyed it. Didn't care much for the empanada, and it was quite small. Also didn't eat it right away so one side was soggy from sitting on the bed of veggies. Will definitely give this truck another try next time they are spotted!

Had never hear of Rosita's but after finding their menu online it sounded pretty good so we walked over to pick up food for dinner. One of the first things I noticed was that their prices were very good. I ordered the California Wrap for $9.95. The California Wrap has steak, french fries, cheddar cheese, sour cream and chipotle sauce. For my side I went with the onion rings. You also get to chose what type of wrap you want and I went with tomato. Once home I started eating. The size of the wrap was very good and it had a lot of flavor. The steak was cooked prefect and I was a big fan of the chipotle sauce too. Now the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to the wrap being over stuff with fries. About half you the bites I was getting was just fries making it quite bland and all the potatoes made it just too heavy that I started to get a little tried of it. Maybe I would recommend ordering it with light fries. Rosita's was still very good and I will for sure be back. They have a pretty large menu with plenty to try.

Rosita's Latin flavor was excellent! The food was outstanding. The starter was chips and dip. I like really hot sauce so be sure to ask for it. There is no extra charge. I had rice and beans and tacos.Our server was a delight. She was attentive, but not intrusive. The ambience was fine. Mexican music was softly in the background. It was very nice. Be sure to check out the store next-door.

Ordered from this food truck last night as part of an outdoor event. Ordered a cheese quesadilla and two cheeseburgers with onion rings. Quesadilla came with lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream. Burgers came with lettuce, tomato, and onion. All food was well cooked and the cheese quesadilla had so much cheese, it was stretching across the box as you separated slices. The burgers are more of a smash burger style and the onion rings were well cooked. All food was well cooked and I got it after about 15 minutes. Wish I would have had a chance to order some other stuff, like a shrimp quesadilla or some of their tacos that looked amazing.Owners were really nice and even asked how I wanted the burgers cooked since I was ordering for my kids. Truck also has some of the menu listed in American Sign Language. Would definitely try them again. Recommend giving them a shot if they come to your place of work or if you are driving by and see them.

This food truck came by our community tonight. We had already eaten dinner but it smelled so good that we had to get something! The meal portions are large so we just got a pair of tacos. The tacos came in a large selection of fillings, from $3 to $3.50 including pork, chicken, steak, shrimp, and veggie. All are served on corn tortillas with fresh pico de gallo, shredded lettuce, and cheese. We got the steak and shrimp tacos. Both tacos were full of nicely seasoned (flavorful but not overpowering) steak or shrimp, a healthy amount of pico, cheese, and a little of lettuce to top it off. The tacos were very filling. A few lime wedges were added for extra zest. A creamy lime-cilantro sauce was included for the shrimp. It really added an extra boost. Next time they come by I'm going in hungry for a full meal!

The Rosita's food truck came to our development recently. There was one other TexMex truck and Rosita's had the much longer line; a good sign! We ordered 2 wraps (Buffalo chicken, Steak), a bowl and an empanada. All were tasty, fresh and good sized. I'll pay them a visit again!

Tasty and fresh food! Must get the fried plantains, they were perfect. Shrimp was delicious & nice service, highly recommend this food truck :)

This food is muy delicioso, oh my goodness! Hands down the best empanada I've ever had! Pollo a la plancha was perfect, and the portions are quite large. I already appreciated the friendly customer service too. Highly recommend!

This food truck came to my hood today so we got dinner and the guava cheesecake dessert. Although I haven't tried the cheesecake yet, I'm told it's delicious and I better hurry up before I lose it. The food was great. I had the rositas combo with steak, chicken and shrimp on a skewer. It was so good. I forced myself to leave some for lunch tomorrow. Sorry, no pictures. I ate it too fast. Definitely adding this to the must eat again list.Had to come back and edit. I had the guava cheesecake and it was Breyer than the hype. I shared anyway because I love them, but next time?it will be all mine. No halfsies.

I tried the steak quesadillas, the crazy rosita, and the steak wrap. All were very flavorful. The hot sauce they offer on the side was a bit too spicy for me but nothing needed it. The flavors were perfect.
