I have been going to RockStar Salon for the longest time. The stylists take the time to inform you of what needs to be done with your hair. They will try to accommodate your requests to the best of their ability as well as keeping the integrity of your hair's health. If they suggest you not try the thing you want because it could cause so much damage, then I would listen and try something else because I have learned from the years of damaging my hair by bleaching for fashion colors that it's best to have plans a, b and c so you aren't disappointed if a cut or process is foreseen that it wouldn't go the way you want it. I definitely will continue to go back.

I have been going here for a few years and recently received a service I was unhappy with and wanted to see what could be done. The owner and my stylist were giving me options to try to make me feel better.. When the woman in this picture came over and rudely interrupted the conversation. She made me feel so much worse. She wanted me to sign a waver but..your not doing my hair, and why was she interrupting the conversation? She talked to me like trash, and yes I held my own. But, I really felt like someone should have had an intervention. For example, the owner or my stylist should have stepped in and told her to stop talking to a client like that. But, my stylist was mute and the owner. This woman was rude, very disrespectful, and should not be working with the public. I really hope this helps people, because honestly it was the most hostile environment I've been in... in years. Horrible service

This place is amazing in particular my stylist Ciarra. She is a wonderful person who listens and does your hair the way you want it done. She takes her time and if you aren't happy with something she will fix it. They do have walk in available but 95% is appointment based. Give them a call and request Ciarra

This joint is amazing. Caters to people of all styles. Ciara was amazing so fun and talkative; also super creative. She made my boyfriend and I feel very invited and at home. This establishment is contractor based; so every stylist is renting their chair from the owner. Call ahead for an appointment time.

From the nail tech Deann To the hair stylist I have been wowed repeatedly. I think everyone's done my hair at this location except for a few that stay booked up weeks even months in advance & have been just ecstatic every time I leave. I'd just like to say to the crew Thanks for always coming through no matter the occasion. U guys & gals really do rock!

If you are looking for a stylist, look no further! CIARA is an AMAZING hairstylist!!!I love my haircut! She was thorough during our consultation and transparent about what she was going to do. I usually get a razor cut, but she was able to give me what I was looking for without it! I was impressed bc my hair never lays right without it being cut with a razor. But she made it happen! She was funny, down to earth, and gave me an awesome cut!!

If you want a quick trim or an elaborate updo this is the place. I've been using Rockstar (Steve) for four years. I feel glamorous and gorgeous when I walk out with my color and style. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair. Their styles and products are the latest and high end while reasonably affordable. Call for an appointment- definitely worth the visit.
