Relish Big Tasty Burgers - Midtown

Relish has always and will always be my go-to burger stop in Gainesville. This was the only burger I ever craved when I was at UF for undergrad and I make sure to go any time I'm back in town.The burger is a bit smash burger-style, made right in front of you. They call you up to the topping bar and you can get things on your burger you would never think of!The place is smaller, so if it's busy, there probably won't be seating. When I was in school, it was a grungier atmosphere with heavy metal playing, which I found awesome.I can't truly express how much I love Relish. I always recommend it to friends who find themselves in Gainesville.

I love that Relish stays open late in Midtown. As a gluten-conscious vegan. I always get their impossible burger on a lettuce bun ($12) and the fries ($4)! You can pick whatever toppings you want and see then make it right in front of you. Perfect for when you're hungry late at night. Also the Cajun seasoning they have and the curry ketchup are great.

So good! Try the poutine fries and their burgers are easily as good, if not better, than five guys!

I came, I saw, I devoured-- and Relish gives good burger! The flavor of the patty is on point, and the selection of toppings is great also. I opted for a fried egg (of course), peppers, onions, and the typical condiments. My first trip to Relish was a win, and I'm interested enough to be a repeat customer. Oh, and don't forget to try the curry ketchup!

Tasty burger joint with a large menu. Many options even for the vegetarian in our group. The staff was very attentive and they customize each burger. So many topping options and sauces available - even some off the wall options like peanut butter and jelly. The floors were a little greasy but overall it was tables were clean. The burgers were good and the draft beer was nice and cold

So last week I went out for some food... Relish turned out to be the place to go. Relish is a small local chain in Gainesville specializing in made-to-order burgers sort of like Moe's and Chipotle's model for burritos. You pick from a couple of burger types, then go down the line specifying what toppings you want. Pretty simple, really.I ordered a double-cheeseburger with a number of toppings and some fries. The burger was done properly, and the toppings were fresh. I sat in the place and ate my burger in peace, enjoying the food. No complaints, no issues. Good food.

Good food, nice place, and good service. So far I thing it's the best burger Joint in town. Love the choices you can choose from to put on your burger. I'll be back

this location if relish is awesome. the workers seem stressed and overworked however. do not come to this location if you can go to another.

one of the best burgers i've ever had. the service was amazing, and i even got a chance to talk to the guy at the grille and let him know how much i enjoyed the food. i think his name was isaac. overall, 9/10 experience (until we were interrupted by a homeless man). would definitely go again !
