I am so surprised no one else has written a review on this place. This is one of the best vegan restaurants I've tried in Jacksonville. The food is so flavorful, and I honestly felt satisfied after eating my food. I am in love with the jerk Philly with a side of plantain. The restaurant is also super clean, and the service is top tier. This place is located near a salon I go to, so after I get my hair done, I like to head over and grab some lunch. This place sells herbal products which is nice is if you like to use homeopathic remedies. I bought a jar of sea-moss here. Fair warning that sea-moss tastes like the sea, but I felt good after taking it.

Very delicious vegan food!! Their portion sizes are very generous and I love how flavorful and fresh the food is. I always love Irie Caribbean flavors and am so happy there is a vegan place in Jax with these options. The service is great and employees are very nice, I love that you know you are supporting a locally-owned small business. They often have free teas at the front to drink with your meal, which is very nice. You don't see customer service like that anymore, adding another unique touch to Reggae Roots. The blueberry muffins are delicious and a must-try. The environment is very laid back and truly reflects the peaceful Reggae vibe. The artwork is absolutely beautiful inside, there is a wall with an enormous mural that is just stunning. They also have a wide range of teas and herbs on one of the walls, so check that out when you stop in. Reggae Roots is an absolute hidden gem and I strongly recommend anyone to try it!!

This place has the best customer service I have EVER experienced at ANY establishment no comparison. Being pregnant people help you out here and there but they went above and beyond you would have thought I was one of their wives like seriously, very professionally but so kind and amazing it's like family. They treat every customer like they are the only ones who matter there was a couple in front of me and a man waiting after me we all got individual unique experiences that were just top tier. After time was spent time with the couple ordering their food the man came from behind the counter sat at the table with me and my sun who is a true little 2 year old boy running all over the place and being a loud kid lol let me know what was out for the day gave me great recommendations and the food was so good I had the mushroom panini with a side salad my sun had watermelon juice and I had a melon smoothie all fresh and all delicious. They had a tea out I didn't try but the lady in the couple ahead of me kept going back you could see the fresh herbs in the container AND a they sell herbs and teas as well! Before our food was ready my sun was served a fresh fruit salad to keep him occupied for a while, the hospitality was just amazing. After our food was ready the chef made sure I got a look at his masterpiece before bagging it, the man who took our order and also cooked helped me out by walking me to my car and even strapping my sun in. When I tell you this was the best experience I've ever had I will definitely be coming back. My sandwich was delicious my sun and I were fighting over it all he kept saying was " good bread" lol he even ate my salad lol thank you guys again for all you generosity, hospitality and kindness my husband works away from home so it was a pleasure to know there is still kindness in the word and people still look out for women. You will see me again soon !

Great food, heathy and plant based. Clean with nice decor and music. Service was friendly and knowledgeable.

Food was outstanding. I had the mushroom burger. The burger had a nice mouth feel and chew. It reminded me of a crispy wing sandwich. The fries were great along with the side salad. Thumbs up for this meal. I'll be back soon.

My bredda Nashi has one the best Vegan Ital spots in the state of Florida, not just jax. If you haven't been your missing out for sure!! Good clean Alkaline food that nourishes the body and soul! Magnificent. I would have taken a picture but it felt like I was back in Jamaica and tore that food up. I will be coming back soon!!
