Reddi-Arts

I popped into the original Reddi-Arts store in San Marco here and there over the years, but it truly is the Historic Springfield store that I go to now. I walk in mostly for the great array of gifts spanning from geeky cookbooks and plushies to cute, niche purses and crafting kits. There's some adorable gift wrap and greeting cards, too. I'm not so much of an artist, but do need things framed from time to time. The framing department at Reddi-Arts is one of the best kept secrets in Jacksonville. I've gotten some wonderful pieces framed by them over the years as gifts and for personal items of my own. The folks there are wonderful to work with and there are plenty of options for frames to choose from at affordable prices.

What an awesome store! I'm not particularly craft-y, so even though I had a fun few minutes browsing the aisles, I'm probably not the best for reviewing those aspects of Reddi-Arts. But that browsing came after my visit to the framing department, to which I brought a certificate for framing. The service was excellent, the framer explained all the numerous frame, glass, backing, and other options with details on pricing. There were a ton of choices, I doubt you'd be unable to find something to go with whatever you're getting framed. The price was excellent too, though I came at a time when they were running a 20% discount. But I was heartened to know that you get discounts in the future just by becoming a customer of theirs. Great store, I will be back in the future the next time I need to get something framed. And I hope my daughter will have hours of fun getting craft supplies here in the future.

We needed art supplies for school and decided to stop in. They had everything we needed in one bag based on the school. We just walked in and they asked us what school and BOOM shopping was done.As an added bonus the supplies were discounted.My kids love the atmosphere and my husband was impressed with the Art Gallery they have on site! We are already making plans to visit again!

I contacted the print department regarding a memorial print project for my 22 year old daughter- who has just been murdered. The employee went out of her way to discourage me. I attempted to explain that I owned a brand marketing /design company and had digital ,print ready, pdf files. I explained that I had contacted them specifically due to the fact that I desired the printing to far exceed a normal print job. I desired a heavy weighted, raw textured, perhaps unfinished edge or overlay, etc. I asked if I could schedule an appointment to sort the details- I do not have limitations on my budget for this project. The print service representative abruptly cut me off- saying I would have an option of : matte, gloss, or semi- gloss and it would be a long turn around because it was just her. You could here the annoyance in her voice. Thank you, Rediarts for your outstanding customer service...whilst I am attempting to make since of the worst tragedy of my life!

Reddi Arts is a great art supply store. It's conveniently located in the heart of Jax. They have all kinds of art supplies and not only that but they also have a framing department and a gift shop. Prices are fair and the employees are all artists themselves so they've always been able to answer any questions I've ever had. I highly recommend Reddi Arts!

If you need any type of art supply, this is the place to go. Lots of paint, markers, books, brushes, etc. It's my teen's favorite store! And the staff is very helpful when you're just not quite sure what it is you need.They also will order things for you if you have a special request and they are able to find it through their suppliers. Great store to get ideas for projects as well.

I've been making a solid effort to buy local. I am very good about avoiding chain restaurants and eating at local restaurants, but with general store stuff, I usually find myself walking into a Target. I needed to buy some art supplies, and not only was Reddi-Arts closer than a Hobby Lobby, it also felt good to support local! We purchased some stamp carving supplies, the girl at the counter was helpful in pointing us in the right direction. And then we just explored the huge store. They have anything artistic the heart desires. So glad I stopped in!

I used to shop at the original store in San Marco area, but since the store has moved to Main Street it is next to impossible to find a save parking place.It was raining today when I stopped in after parking in a fenced area next to store. I asked front cashier girl if that was good, she said no, I would be towed away. I see alot of stores parking problems is due to next door restaurant taking spots, store should have designated places to park. You should go back to San Marco it is doing great with new stores and parking.

The new Reddi Arts owner is doing an AMAZING job! I didn't think I could love Reddi Arts any more than I already do but love all the new stuff, we got lots of fun stuff last week and shopping in there brought me so much joy. I've been shopping there since in school in 2005 taking art classes at UNF. Especially loved the puzzle choices!

This store is my go to for quality craft supplies. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the owner is an artist herself so she stocks product that are gems for artists of all skill levels.
