I'm in love with this yoga studio! I've struggled in Jacksonville to find a yoga studio that has the trifecta: 1) beautiful studio 2) challenging classes 3) welcoming atmosphere. But red skies nails all 3! And added bonus- it has both hot and air conditioned classes. I'm not quite a beginner, but certainly no yogi expert. I've tried 3 styles of their classes instructors and truly enjoyed all 3! My fav was cool vinyasa today with Heather - I found it to be challenging and strengthening without the chaos of power yoga. Gentle yoga with Susan is truly an all levels class where everyone can modify poses to their skill level. Power yoga was one of the hardest workouts I've ever done! I can't wait to continue taking all 3 types of classes & improve my skill set. I'm already feeling more confident and having less back pain. Thanks red skies for making me feel welcome in your studio and helping me improve my practice. I look forward to class every time!

What a gem on Hodges for legit yoga! I am increasingly obsessed with their Sculpt & Flow class: It is a workout in every way and I am always a bit sore the next day so I don't feel like I'm cheating my exercise day by doing yoga. Also the early classes are perfect for busy schedules!! Jess is a great Instructor and has been my favorite so far. She is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed as a first timer. Also she doesn't assume everyone's ability/stage and continuously mentions options to modify to challenege or soften your practice which I truly, truly appreciate. Not every Instructor does this; some only mention if they see someone struggling, only mention advance modifications or worse don't mention any modifications in the entire 60minutes.Finally, a unique touch that I love as someone who incorporates essential oils in their life is that soft addition to their classes. Tea tree and lavender are perfect oils that compliment yoga and the cooling towel is a great vehicle. Looking forward to future classes!

I love this yoga studio. I unfortunately started after COVID and am only getting a glimpse of how the studio used to hold classes. They are doing a great job with screening and trying to social distances us all. I've been to other yoga studios in the past and paid twice as much but never felt as welcome and comfortable as I do here. The instructors are all so nice and willing to take a moment either before or after classes to help with poses and modifications. I recommend this place to beginners all the way to advanced. You go at your own pace and push as much as you feel comfortable with.

Red Skies is one of the newest studios on the yoga block. I'm not intentionally setting out to try them all, but it does seem like that's how it is playing out. A dear friend of mine was calling Red Skies the new home for her mat so I had to check them out. Especially since her first class would be on my birthday. Destination tip: if you're coming from the south, you will actually need to pass the complex and do a u-turn to get back to the entrance. The studio is on the 2nd floor - so grab the elevator in the hall and you're good to go. The lobby/waiting area has some bench seating if you happen to be early and plenty of storage cubbies for your keys & such. One of the things that caught my eye was the charging stations for your phone - brilliant! The studio has beautiful brick walls and a great ambiance with chandeliers & candles to help you relax. The accessories wall has blankets and blocks and all the props you could need. Rianna was teaching the Lunch Power Flow class. While I would love to break up my day in the office with a lunch time class, I sweat too much to consider returning to work so lunch time classes will have to be reserved for my day off. The room is heated during class to help your muscles get warmed up and really sink into the poses. Welcome to the neighborhood Red Skies!

Warm and inviting. These are the first words that pop into my head to describe this studio. Not just the decor and feel of the space but the people too. The studio is decorated beautifully, simple and elegant. All of the teachers and the owners are equally warm and inviting, too! It is easy to see that they genuinely care about each and every person that walks through the doors. Monthly workshops are available at an affordable rate to anyone looking to learn more and deepen their yoga practice. Classes offered for all levels of yoga, from beginners to more advanced practitioners. Whether you are in it just for the exercise or you want the complete yoga experience, you can find it at Red Skies!

This is one of the most beautiful studios I have ever been in! I come visit every time I'm in town. Great selection of classes, fun and smart instructors, and affordable. They help modify for all skill levels while pushing you at the same time. Consistent temperature, easy parking! Go!

I stopped in for a flow class with my friend from out of town. My very first impression was the gorgeous planters in front of the studio. Next was the wonderful greeting from the front desk. Next the actual studio. WOW! BEAUTIFUL!!! The class was just what we needed. The owner was teaching that morning. How lucky I felt to have found this incredible studio with all the lovely extras! 5 Stars across the board. Thank you Heather!
