Red Bowl

The food is so good! Atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming. The surface areas are clean and well kept. There are a self to go kiosks at the front and the staff was quick to offer help if we needed it. I ordered a spicy salmon roll and the chicken yaki soda. I enjoyed my meal. The chicken was crispy, flavorful, and light. I highly recommend coming here to enjoy a filling and light meal.

0 stars. I was really disappointed. The lady at the front, who took our order was really rude and aggressive. There was HAIR in my salad. There was no ice. I ordered Boba and they gave it to me HOT, and when I asked for my salad with the hair on it to be replaced. She said that she could not do it because I had already took a bite out of it. The rice was hard and overcooked. And I felt like I wasted $30 on me and my girlfriends meal. The Salmon was good and the shrimp was good. But everything else was terrible. The place looked really unorganized. And I was treated terribly. They didn't apologize about the hair, and I had to beg for them to finally replace it. They also had an open trash can bin sitting directly next to the forks, spoons and drink machine. Really unsanitary practices done here. If you come here, there's a big chance you will leave feeling like you've wasted your money. I'm the pictures you will see them cutting Tofu with their BARE HANDS. No one had gloves on. Disgusting.

Consistently have eaten here for 4 years, getting the Thai Red Curry most times. Delicious however, their attention to customer service is nill! The front ordering counter staff has declined almost every visit and although their environment has much potential, they put no effort into hiding their open storage areas, providing iced tea (been out for at least 6 months now!) and at least one of the bathrooms has been out of order since we've been coming here. It's almost like they want to be take-out only so they pay no attention to servicing their eat-in customers. Sad. So much potential.

Another place near us that I am thankful for! They are now accepting dine-in customers but I see a lot of people picking up their food to go. We always call ahead and our food is always hot and ready. Our go-to is their Steak Hibachi. The steak is so tender and flavorful! The vegetables are crunchy and fresh, and the fried rice is tasty! For less than $14, the meal is good enough for two! Covid measures are also in place as all the staff are wearing masks. They also have enough tables for social distancing. So if you want good and affordable food, go visit and support Red Bowl!

Went here for the first time on a recommendation, and it was decent. I would return for a fast hibachi option. If you're looking for super good quality, pick a sit down spot instead for just a little more. I started with the edamame and a tempura shrimp roll. Nothing special about either of them, and pretty pricey (one app of the edamame was 4$) . The shrimp roll was really small, but tasted fine. I did like their tempura coating on the shrimp. Next I got the steak and shrimp hibachi meal. I will say it came with a ton of food, like most hibachi meals, and I definitely have left overs. The meal comes with a salad (that was only iceberg lettuce and ginger dressing). Luckily, you get your veggies with the hibachi meal. You get to choose between steamed or fried rice. The steak was seasoned well, but a little chewy. The shrimp and veggies were delicious. I would say this is pricey, as for around 5-10$ more you could go somewhere where they cook in front of you and get the same amount of food. Overall my bill came to $25. Always like visiting this place when coming to this area for a quick lunch. The portions are not very big so For two people I always get an extra poke as a salad. They serve everything in to go boxes and it feels like chipotle style to get your own drink and get rid of trash.

Gosh, never knew Jacksonville had such a great sushi place! My girlfriend and I quite in to try it when we passed by and it turned out to be very surprisingly delicious! The environment is clean and generous! Great for dates and family dinners! The waitress lady was also beautiful and funny!

The customer service here is disgusting. The food is alright, but the attitudes are inexcusable. If you're in good mood, don't come here. If you're already in a bad mood, definitely don't come here.

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. The woman who is our server should definitely take a break or something because the attitude from her is out of control. We were ignored 3 separate times when just trying to ask for a soy sauce container for sushi. The salad was only wilted pieces of iceburg. Abysmal service, food was barely tolerable. I would never ever come back here. Choose somewhere else.
