Best studio EVER! The community, the classes, the vibe - all wonderful. I've been going to Rebel for about 2 years now and have loved every bit of it. I've made wonderful friends, tried new kinds of fitness classes and found an amazing community. Cannot recommend enough!

I have been here several times for classes, and each one I have enjoyed and been challenged at. My friend, who did her yoga instructor training here, is the one who introduced me to the studio. I have taken barre, cardio, and yoga classes, and I have enjoyed all of the instructors. The yoga helps me destress and clear my mind, as well as stretch my body and challenge me to accomplish poses. The barre class has been the toughest class to take, but I was happy with the sweat afterwards, because it helped me feel good! We are going about once a week now, and it has strengthened our friendship as a result. Our next challenge is taking a spin class! Thank you Rebel

I can't say enough great things about Yogabar! I have been coming here since it opened September 2013. All of the instructors are fantastic and all very unique in their own individual way. ATMOSPHERE : Warm and inviting. As soon as you walk in the door you are welcomed like part of the yogi family. You are also welcomed by a lovely aroma of different essential oils. STAFF : Amazing, each instructor goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. CLASSES : Yogabar offers a variety of classes, all of which are posted on their website, along with a description of each. Although they make class additions each month, they currently have pilates, Barre, gentle flow yoga and vinyasa flow (just to name a few). Yogabar offers daycare, mat rental (in case you forget yours), they also sell an assortment of yoga friendly items, such as, essential oils, bath salts and sprays, tanks and special socks for gripping the mat while in different yoga poses, all items are very reasonably priced. Yoga has become a part of who I am and I have Yogabar and all of their beautiful staff to thank for that. I am so happy to have found such a fabulous studio!

I tried Rebel during covid and really liked the Zumba. Sometime in March of 2023 I hurt my back. 5 herniated disks and couldn't do anything for almost a year. I had an injection and then physical therapy. My PT said I needed to find a personal trainer that would progress me to get stronger instead of injuring myself. So I found Katie I honestly don't know what I would have done without her. Not only am I stronger after 2 months but I've lost 31 lbs. she makes it fun and challenging and makes sure I do things correctly where I don't hurt myself again. When I say I won't go anywhere else,. I won't! I love Rebel and I love Katie!

Not a great experience. I decided to try this place with my daughter out to help increase core strength- we mostly do cardio exercise such as running, hiking and cycling. I called and left a message on Friday afternoon and no one returned my call. So I showed up Saturday with my daughter for the class that was scheduled for 9 am only to find out it had been cancelled. I left my name and number with the lady who was there so we could schedule to come back for another class. (Keep in mind this studio has classes scheduled 7 days a week). As of Monday afternoon no one had called me yet so I called and left another message. Finally got a 2 minute voicemail from the owner while I was at work Tuesday. She told me she was glad the Saturday class was cancelled because that wouldn't have been a good class for us. She then started telling me about "relaxation" classes during the day on weekdays. I called her back and we spoke Tuesday at around 5 pm. I explained that my daughter is in school and I work. I can't go to classes during the middle of the day on a weekday. I also explained that I'm not looking for relaxation, rather core strengthening classes. After I "defended" my fitness level (marathons, triathlons, etc...) she agreed that my daughter and I would be suitable for the real classes. I told her I'd never tried a barre class, so my daughter and I would like come to that Wednesday afternoon at 6:15. She said to be there 15 minutes early and we would get all the papers signed and we could try out the class. My daughter and I show up at 5:50 and the studio is locked. At approximately 6:10 it is unlocked and we go in. I see that everyone is carrying yoga mats. I ask the person behind the counter (not the owner, she hasn't come out yet) if we need yoga mats. She says yes, and if we don't have them we can rent them for $2 each. What?!?! Nowhere on the website did it say you need a yoga mat for a barre class. The owner never mentioned we would need a yoga mat for a barre class. And I'd made it very clear I'd never taken a barre class before. I brought my yoga mats when I came for the yoga class, but had no idea it would be necessary for a barre class. Anyways, I ended up walking out. I don't need to exercise in a place where I need to "defend" my level of fitness. If your studio is so elite that you don't need new customers and you make them feel less than worthy because they aren't regular "practitioners" -the owners word, not mine- it is not the place for me.Maybe this place is good for people who have done yoga and barre in the past, but doesn't seem very inviting for those of us who want to learn.
