This place is still a solid four stars after about a year. Still really good food with super quick service. The only negative is that the tenders are getting slightly smaller with time. That seems to be the curse of every chicken finger restaurant out there. Alas.

Slightly disappointed My son really loves this place but it was my first time. $9.99 3 Piece meal- OVERLY PRICED for what received in portions. It did come with really good cuts of chicken. Not overly battered and seasoned. Fries were floppy and below average. Toast was just right...and sauce was probably the SAVING GRACE for the meal. Line was out the door but orders were taken quickly. Wait time was really long. Dining room was UF decorated and fun but tables required covering with napkins because of the lack of attention. Trash cans were so full that I took my trash to go. Never had that happen. Likely wouldn't choose for myself again but my son will continue to be a loyal customer.

I only came here because so many videos of people raving about Canes so I wanted to see. I waited years after the Popeyes chicken sandwich craze and that was certainly on point. I was in the area for a YES event so I figured I would use the opportunity to try Canes.I placed my order way in advance so I could just run in and grab it on our way to the event. Since everyone raves about Cane's, I went big and ordered the 25 Finger Tailgate with extra sauces. There was no parking so hubs parked in a nearby lot and I ran in to pick up. I didn't see anyone at the Togo side of the counter so I waited in line. It took some time because they were busy but when it was my turn, the employee was very friendly and asked for my name. She checked with someone in the back and said someone will come back to help me.As I waited, I looked around. It seemed clean but very busy. There was a lot of customer traffic and the staff was hustling. My order was delivered to me and I checked it real quick, to which everything looked correct. We didn't get to try the food immediately because we were heading to a YeS event with food. Even though the food was not fresh out of the restaurant when we tried it, the chicken was okay. There were no distinctive spices or flavors like other chicken chains. I was most disappointed about the sauce. It was the most overhyped item I ever had. The sauce basically tastes like a mixture of mayo, ketchup, and pepper. I was not impressed. Nothing tasted bad but it was not very unique for me. The chicken tenders were larger than most places so that was good. I might try it again but order like maybe 1 piece of chicken next time.

Okay, this place is not gourmet, but it's not greasy spoon either! It's well-cooked, tasty chicken with the regular accessories, with a polite staff.Whenever I go in there, it's clean and orderly, and the staff is very friendly!I recommend when you need food that will satisfy for lunch or dinner, or you need grub after a night of drinking with friends...don't wait too late though...

I came in with low expectations since I had some friends spoil the experience for me haha. But if I had walked in super excited i would've been sadly disappointed. My bf and I both ordered the 3 finger combo with lemonade. We both chose lemonade to compare it to other establishments. I will say I did enjoy it and it wasn't too sour ( I don't like extremely sour lemonade), it was balanced and refreshing. I had some leftover and brought it back to my apartment for late night thirstyness. So the bread was pretty good and honestly probably my favorite thing in the meal. It was so fluffy and had a nice buttery and garlic flavor 10/10 I wish I could buy a whole bunch to take home. For the tenders I was not too impressed. It had no flavor and they looked bland. I wish it had some sort of seasoning. The tenders were so tiny and that's when I realized that the advertisement image is so misleading. The fries weren't seasoned either so they were pretty plain to me . The crunch was there it just needed some salt. For the sauce I felt that it was just peppery . There were no other flavors to the sauce and it's a tiny cup ( if you want more it's 42 cents each cup) so I had 2 tenders with it and was done with it granted my bf made a sandwich and it tasted better together than the items eating them separately if that makes sense. Not sure if I would come back but would stop by to grab some bread not gonna lie. I wanted to check it out for myself and see if I would actually like it but it wasn't bad and it wasn't like mind blowing either.

What's all the hype about? It's chicken tenders and fries. Mind you, the chicken was beautifully fried and really well seasoned... BUT tiny portions and cold stale fries. I was excited to try the "sauce", but actually prefer the chicken without sauce as it was so nicely done. Cole slaw - dry, bland and left uneaten. I will not likely return unless there's a major change in the whole business model.Cute local decor.

Great customer service. Food tastes like it was cooked after we ordered it. Delicious lemonade. Not a very long wait at night but pretty busy around lunch time.

I was eager to try Raising Cane's because while not a big fan of chicken fingers, I'd read about some of the unique aspects of the chain's history, such as that the two founders originally wrote up the business plan for the restaurant as a class assignment in college and only got a C- on it and that all corporate employees are cross-trained to work both front and back of house in restaurants so they'll know what it's like. At crucial times, such as during the pandemic, corporate has even sent high-ranking administrators to regional restaurants to help out when those restaurants were short-staffed. So that's all mighty interesting, but how's the food? I went by after dive practice today (so you know I was hungry) and got their box combo with chicken tenders, cole slaw, french fries, and bread. It also comes with a drink, and I got unsweet tea. Everything was pretty good: the Cane's Sauce for dipping the chicken was especially a treat and the chicken was nicely breaded, the cole slaw flavorful, the fries nothing special but ok. Their ice tea is on point, too. It's not the kind of food I eat very often, but for fast food it's in brightly-lit, fun atmosphere, the orders come out quickly and the staff is nice, plus the location is right across from the UF campus. I don't think you could ask for a whole lot more for what this is, actually. Not exceptional, but perfectly nice all the same and seemed when I visited in the early evening to be pretty busy and popular, too.

I have always wondered how Raising Canes was and happily found this restaurant to be one of the few open during spring break. I enjoyed having the large tender meal. The tenders were cooked very well and the sauce really set it apart. The fries were ok, not my style typically, but still done well. It was a very busy day because it was the only location open along University. The restaurant is decked out in gator decor. Go gators!

By far, the best chicken tender chain. I was so excited to hear that Canes was quickly expanding throughout Florida. Located in Midtown, Canes has quickly gained popularity with students that live on campus and behind Midtown. There is very little street parking, but also a garage behind the building.A Caniac Combo will end up costing about $18, but it is a large meal. I would highly recommend ordering ahead, as the wait can get pretty long.
