Pura Bean Coffee Company

Such a great little spot! I stopped here for a quick coffee and breakfast as I was in the area and it caught my eye. I saw the Pura name and it instantly brought me back to Costa Rica which was an inspiration for the owners.The people are the nicest here and were enthusiastic about describing their coffee and making sure I got something I would enjoy. The homemade food was good as well and everything was reasonably priced. I got the bacon, egg, and Gouda croissant and a cortadito. Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area!

I was on my way home and wanted to stop for some coffee.I got the Employee of the Month drink which was Aimee's Honey Badger (Vanilla latte with honey, cinnamon, oat milk) in a 16oz served hot. That was pretty tasty. I couldn't resist not getting a pastry because I was also hungry (cuz I hadn't eaten yet) so I asked for a chocolate croissant which had gotten cold fast due to the weather but it was still delicious.While I was waiting for the coffee and croissant I was going through the artwork for sale and saw one I just had to have: A painting of Friendship Fountain downtown. I did a Paint and Sip one of the fountain but over time I started to not love it. Seeing this one done by Julie Fetzer made me want to replace instantly so I bought it.Before I walked out I saw that I had missed the NOW SERVING sign which listed the Lavender-Infused Cold Brew so you know I had to cop that in a 16oz. She asked me if I wanted anything else in it and I only requested sugar. I really wanted to taste the coffee and nothing else. Boy was that good. The Lavender was really strong but not to the extent that you'd think you're drinking flowers. It was perfect for me. All in all I really enjoyed the coffee here and will stop by again if I'm in the area and need a fix.

Also ask about Aimee's secret menu.Came after a morning walk with friends and took advantage of a secret menu item, which was a pumpkin iced latte with caramel and cinnamon made with skim milk. Also grabbed a vanilla and cinnamon iced latte for my husband. Added a last minute grab of a goat cheese and mushroom tartlet which was AMAZING- super flavorful with delicious complementing flavors.Will be back!

First visit to this venue. Tried the honey badger. Had something similar before but this one tasted a bit off.. not my favorite. Also had a vanilla latte and also tastier "weird" for a lack of a better word. We may just not be fans of the coffee bean used. The place is cute though and the staff were very nice.

I've been hearing a lot of buzz about this place and was excited to finally give it a try. However, I have to say I was a bit let down.I chose the Iced Latte with Caramel, hoping for a delightful treat, but unfortunately, the flavor didn't quite hit the mark for me. It tasted rather artificial and fell very short of my expectations.On a brighter note, they do offer an impressive variety of flavors, including the much-loved pumpkin spice and a rose pistachio. So if you're into trying different flavor profiles, there might still be something worth checking out.

Came to the Riverside Art Market and got an iced vanilla latte with cinnamon ($7). The coffee was nice and sweet. Although it was a little pricy, it was good and nice to have walk shopping around. Staff were friendly and got the drink make in a few minutes. Drink(50%): 7.3Staff/service(25%): 7.0Value(25%): 6.0Overall: 6.9/10

Walked in and was greeted with a smile, I'm not huge on coffee so I was overwhelmed on what to order when I got there,but Amy was so kind and asked all the right questions. She asked the flavors I liked and asked if she could make me something mind blowing....of course I said yes! The drink was great it was an iced white mocha with caramel and cuban espresso, with half and half mixed with whole milk. Topped with whipped cream and caramel! Definitely worth going out on a limb and trying something different! Very cute coffee shop where you could set up a meeting or get work done or just enjoy your coffee!

I went in over a week ago and still wanted to leave a review because I've been in multiple times recently and every experience is great. We usually come in just for coffee beans and they always offer to grind it up for us. I decided to get an iced coffee but wasn't sure what exactly I wanted and the nice woman working helped me create a drink I would like. She made it so pretty and was so satisfied with her work, it's nice to see someone make a product they're proud of. They also have a seating area and a window where you can watch them roast and package their beans. Very pleasant experience.

Giving this cute little coffee shop a firm four. I came here before a meeting. It shares a parking lot with a bunch of shops and a ginormous church. I can imagine this place gets packed and the parking lot gets full when church service is in session.I walked in and it def gives you a local coffee shop feel. I checked out their menu and asked for latte with skim milk.The woman at the counter was chatty and friendly, which was nice.They had some assorted pastries and baked goods. I was here strictly for the coffee.My coffee came out piping hot. The latte was rich and robust. Went to riverside market and Pura Bean was one of the Vendors. There was a long line so I was hopeful the coffee would be amazing. It was a typical food truck vibe with a menu of lattes, hot chocolate, iced coffee and refreshers, vanilla, mocha and lavender flavor options. I ordered a hot vanilla latte and an ice water. They don't serve water because it isn't filtered, left wondering why my coffee and other beverages are drinkable. The coffee was okay but for $7+ with tip it should have been better than the Keurig coffee I drink at home.
