What happened to "Southern Hospitality"? The line wasn't bad, neither was the wait. The personality even at the menu board was very unwelcoming. At the window, not even a word. The woman took my card, handed me my drink, the card back, then the food and didn't even say a word to me or smile. She went to hand me another drink and I informed her I already had my drink. I smiled and said thank you though. And she just looked at me and turned away.(Same person that took the order at the menu board).So, for the food:The chicken ordered was mild. The breading has a slight burnt taste to it, but the chicken itself was juicy and full of flavor.The potatoes had a little kick to it, I like it.The Mac-n-cheese was good.The biscuits were soft and cooked right, but not mixed right. The salt content was too high.Over all, the kids really enjoyed the food, so I would order again with a plan for something else for myself. As far as the service, it will limit how often I go there. If you don't like your job, go find something you do like. Working with customers, you need to fake it if you don't mean it.

1st time I came here when they open it suck waited till now to try again back to back times excellent I go through the drive thru easy to order and receive great hot food both times biscuts on point and drinks always good . Parking lot always clean

Popeyes needs to take down their sign, because every day that they are open, which is only some of the time they are supposed to be open, is another black mark against the brand.I live in the area. I have been going to the restaurant since the day that it opened, hoping against hope that the franchise owner would do something to improve the experience. How can every other Popeyes that I have visited get it right and this one location consistently gets it wrong?

This Popeyes is the most horrible Popeyes ever! Every single time I've either been there or ordered online, my order is always wrong or missing something. And is always gross and cold like it's been sitting for ages and also is over cooked from sitting in heat lamps. And the service is also absolutely terrible which is why I stopped going there in person. But door dashing is just as bad if not worse. I will NEVER order from this location again. This has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I've ordered from this store. Every other store I've been to or ordered from is great it's just this one. They need to be shut down asap!

My order was wrong and completely burnt. It was completely inedible. I did a Google review and was the owner responded saying he was sorry I wasn't satisfied. No refund or replacement was offered

I don't think it's appropriate for employees to be putting notes with their name and a heart in the bag. Makes people look bad when they open up their food in front of their significant other‍

Please shut the Palm Coast location down. Worst of any restaurant I have ever encountered consistently. 100% of the time given wrong order, out of product, RUDE workers. Its a shame as now I drive out of town for Popeyes. Please close soon.

Hi to anyone looking for a nice dinner out you picked the wrong place if you choose this Popeye's.i tried ordering a very simple meal s chicken dinner and a chicken sandwich I think thought it was a joke kidding around no chicken sandwichs not sure what else they didn't have never got past chicken sandwich from a chicken restaurant. this has to be one the worst rated Popeyes in Florida.the restaurant was run down dirty somewhere I don't think a place you can want to eat.i tried custom service now automated been trying for a week but no luck seems they just don't care.looking for a chicken dinner can i suggest Walmart great chicken reasonably priced.kfc i.dont know what happened to this restaurant really gone down the hill.i say make ot what it use to be or close.

I went to Popeyes on 11/5/2024 when I arrived, I was told that the lobby was closed due to a shift change. They told me inside that I could order through Drive thru went thru drive thru advised was not taking any orders due to a shift change. I advised "Was told to order @ drive thru. left and drove around saw another customer who had been told same thing he went thru drive thru got his order except was told no coleslaw due to shift changed advised did not have time to make any I left got no chicken and no order at ALL!!!!!!!

This place is TERRIBLE. Tried them 3 times. They always have issues mostly out of chicken or poor quality. Management obviously is not watching the store.Maybe that is why they have a skeleton crew on and drive thru is closed.Owners must not be making any $.THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENTI am sure Popeyes Corporation could find a better operator.Zero stars
