Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Only person in the store. Got take out meal for my family Got home and was shorted two pieces of chicken. I hate this Popeyes but like Popeyes food. Every time I've come to this one store they either take an excessive amount of time or get the order wrong. I'm done. Never again. Your employees at this newer Popeyes have sunk this new location. I'll get Winn Dixie chicken for half the price and it is cooked better. Before writing this I attempted to contact the store twice with no success.

Easy solid four rounded up in lieu of so many other bad reviews. Been to this one half a dozen times now and I just haven't seen it. They've always been friendly, helpful, and nice. And the food's been good. Quick too.Yeah, this Popeye's sits on the river; so if they only cleaned up the view, they'd have something.

Waited at counter for almost 20 minutes to have my order taken. I received my order, which was a 2 piece combo and 5 piece tender combo and biscuits. I got the 2 piece and box of fries and a box of biscuits no tenders no sauce..... service is horrible and this place is a joke you're better off going to the restaurant next door and getting chicken from them bc at least you'll get all the food you paid for!

Food is ALWAYS AWESOME, I tried to be loyal to chick fil a but that spicy chicken sandwich you have is KING. This is my comfort food.

I would eat dog food before eating at this Popeyes in East Palatka Florida. If I could I would give them a -5. Look at this picture and tell me that this chicken looks like dog poo. It tastes rotten and just gross, the biscuit could be used as a hockey puck. The fries are super greasy and old. OMG this is the worst place to get any food. I like Popeyes but not this one at all.

I went there in order chicken french fries, macaroni and cheese and the biscuits. The chicken taste burnt i couldn't even eat the skin. The biscuits when you bit into them had a horrible after taste. In new orleans, everywhere i've been.I've never had such a disgusting experience with food in my life. I had to throw all the chicken away all the biscuits. Everything it was so bad. Except the french fries that turned out okay but everything else was really bad. Maybe they're reusing their oil too much.I don't know, but it was really the worst popeyes.I've ever been to in my whole life.32$ i would hardly not recommend this place at all. I live so far away. I was so tired.I just threw everything in the garbage can. My friends couldn't eat it.Nobody could eat it.

Employees have no idea what's going on it takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive through. They are always smoking blunts outside and leaving 1 person inside to work by themselves, it amazes me this location is still open

Service is terrible.....No customer service at the drive-thru. And this wasn't the first time I had an TERRIBLE visit there....Employee cursed at me. (Quote "Da Fuck" unquote) after I came inside with complaint. This place needed a strong manager there at all times. A customer should've to have a bad experience at the window then go inside to complain and get a worst treatment while in the present of a weak manager....This place the worst fast food place I've ever been to and I've been all over this world...I do not recommend no one go there....TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE no star

They need a new manager. We wait over 30 minutes for our drive thru order. I ended up going inside where the three workers were trying to take care of the two customers in line and finish putting my order together that I had pulled ahead and waited for nearly 30 minutes before going in to see what the issue was. I personally heard the staff asked the manager for help she told them I am a manager not a worker I am not helping as a worker. Fix your manager and your reviews may improve but your leader there needs to be relocated. Perhaps the unemployment line is a place she could find as her happy place.
