Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Palm Coast Florida Popeye's Chicken was tasteless. The biscuts were dry not moist, and the rice and beans were uneatable. Please bring back the cajun rice. I went in there at dinner time and I was the only customer in the building.......now I know why.Tom EarleyPalm Coast

The food is fine but service was very poor. An item was missing from our dine-in order so I went to the counter. The order taker was busy with a customer but there were four kitchen and expeditor staff members just standing around. A man walked around the front counter and ignored my repeated requests my fourth ask. As a food industry veteran this shows a severe lack of training and poor management. If a crewmember is unable to help customers at the counter, they should not be behind the counter. Also, your front counter worker is overwhelmed with customers and no one is assisting. Where is the expeditor? Where is the manager?

Every time I have gone to this location, they are always missing something in my order and I will have to call or either go back up to the store! The Customer Service is not that great either! When they make an error on your order, they act like you made it yourself however, they will usually make it right when you talk to a manager! Most of the time the food is always cold. The fries are always cold! This time they did not give me wings and did not mention that they were out of wings as that is what we usually like to eat instead they gave me four thighs! I do not like dark meat!

By far the slowest and subpar Popeyes I have ever been to. The staff couldn't be bothered about how long you've been waiting. The food is ok once you finally get it. The drive to another establishment closer by is probably worth it.

This Popeyes hands down has the slowest service. It's been open for a few years now, but it doesn't seem to get any faster when I go. The food is pretty good, but the wait makes me try to avoid this location as much as possible. I don't like posting negative reviews, but it's unacceptable to sit in a drive through for 30 plus minutes waiting on food. It defeats the purpose of being fast food.

They never have anything that's on the menu. Just a terrible establishment with subpar customer service. Literally one of the worst restaurants I have ever encountered. They really should just shut this place down honestly.

This location is superb...the attendants were polite and calm, knowledgeable and courteous....my order was correct and brought to me quickly with confidant smiles. I asked for their Manager so I could commend the service. Asst. Manager Belva came to the window with a smile. Obviously what she has, has trickled to her staff, keep up the great service Duval Station...this is forever gonna b my location. 5 stars if I could give 20, I would.

I wish I could rate this restaurant zero stars! Our order arrived incomplete. The delivery driver did not answer his phone after numerous attempts to contact him. The restaurant is impossible to get hold of as their "mailbox is full". We spent over $100 there and only received a partial order. Do not waste your money on this place! It is disgraceful!

People taking up tables, not eating, not patrons just "hanging out". It's weird. Not many places to sit, most of the tables weren't clean. Seems to be a "hang around". And the prices were off the charts. Almost $30 for lunch. A 12 piece boneless "combo" with small side and soda included, and a large side added on. $28.

Use the app order ahead because they're always busy and very slow. If the order in the app, you still have to wait in line at the drive-through, but your food will be ready when you all you do is go up there and tell him what number you are on your app order
