Such a cute spot for kids! We went as guest to a birthday party and had the best time. It was clean and lots of toys to play with. It was very nice ,they had a small table for the birthday kids and it was only opened for the guest of the party. I was unsure to bring my five year old but to my surprise they had a big kid game area too!Staff was very nice and accommodating. While my daughter played I ordered a breakfast sandwich,served on a croissant with bacon,egg and cheese. It was so delicious! I also ordered an ice coffee.The area is gated so you can let your children play while you enjoy your breakfast and coffee at the table. I have been before not in a birthday setting and I've seen parents have their laptops, so it's a nice place to bring your children if you have work to catch up on while they can play.

I found this place online as I was looking for something that would keep the sixteen year old and my littles entrained! Happy we came as everyone had a wonderful time. There is a game room with an air hockey table, old school arcade games, a video game console area. This room is reserved for people over the age of six years old. The playroom is great for six and under as they can read books, slide, climb, ride bikes, play with cars, and a make believe areas that include kitchen, vet, and repair sections. My three had a blast! They also have a cafe here where you can order light snacks and coffees. There are cafe tables set up so parents can sit and relax while they watch the kiddos play. They even have baby food and formula for purchase for the littles. There are two bathrooms equipped with changing tables and diaper bags. The bathrooms smelled GREAT! The owner is very helpful. This facility is available for drop in play, birthday party reservations, and memberships. Definitely should check this place out if you are looking to keep the kids entrained.

We love it here! Little one gets to play with lots of Montessori style toys while we sip on delicious coffee!! Not usually super crowded which we enjoy. Very clean!

Closed and no signs for modified hours or if out of business. Really bummed out that my littles and I couldn't check it out.

If you haven't had your kids play in a stimulating, colorful and clean play area while sipping the best coffee around, you are missing out. The staff is super helpful with coffee recommendations and make the perfect brew. The play space is perfect for littles and the new game room is perfect for the big kids (adults included).

Our daughter (19 months old) really enjoys this place. She gets excited when she sees that we have arrived and even more excited once inside. Amazing and friendly staff, clean play area, and delicious coffee. We ended up getting the membership to be able to bring our daughter here multiple times a week. Awesome place for kids who are not of age to go to v pre k, they are able to interact with other kids their age and build social skills.

The pictures of this place are completely misleading. We threw our son's 1st birthday at the Play Factory, and I should have known that the outcome was not going to be a good one from the moment we walked in. We had seen the pictures online, read some reviews and put down our deposit. We were finally able to go to the physical location about 4 days before the party, to get a feel of the space and see if we needed any additional decor or supplies as well as to ask any last minute questions. As soon as we walk in, I see the furniture was damaged beyond normal wear and tear, there was dust everywhere, the arcade room was dirty and used for storage crowding up the kids play area. The small picnic tables for the kids had paint chipping everywhere and some areas that looked cracked and chipped. Obviously not safe for little ones, so I was forced to purchase small fitted table covers to make sure none of the kids would hurt themselves accidentally. I wanted to give the place the benefit of the doubt, but I was wrong. We came in the day of the party to start setting up and what we saw disgusting and confirmed my original suspicion. You could tell this place had not been cleaned in a LONG time. Behind tables there was food and garbage thrown everywhere. We found old food like chicken tenders, candies, and chips wedged in every corner. There was also trash everywhere, such as old cupcake containers and wrappers. Guest tables were full of dirt, dust and used cups. Not only do you ONLY get 30 mins to set up for your party, which is absolutely not a lot of time, our family was literally using this time to clean, sweeping floors and wiping tables and countertops before the party started. Because we had to clean the place, our set up ran an hour into our actual "party time," which is only about 2 hours. We were told we would have two people to help us set up. Although the two young kids that were there were very nice and tried to help as much as they could, it wasn't a lot and they were honestly just trying to play catch up. Frankly, this isn't their fault and should be the responsibility of the owner to make sure your establishment is clean and ready for an event. The arcade room, which we added onto the party for an additional fee, was dirty and nothing had been taken out to make room for the older kids to play. The bathrooms had urine all over the toilets and dried feces stuck to the toilet bowl, and the baby changing station looked filthy. We didn't even want to change our son on there. Luckily we always bring a changing pad with us because there was no way we would place our small child on that disgusting table. Also, this is a place where babies and toddlers crawl around and play. You would think it would be clean, at least for their sake since small children love to put their hands in their mouth. God forbid they find a stale piece of food and try to eat it and that becomes a choking hazard or get sick from eating old food. When I spoke to Kenith (owner) to make him aware of the situation to see how we could remedy these issues, he shrugged it off like it was not big deal and said " okay, I'll talk to my employees," as if it was somehow their fault. We asked for at least a partial refund but he just said again that he'll talk to his employees. He really didnt make any effort to try fix it or make it any better. I mean, I guess at that point he already had our money so he could care less about our terrible experience. Your son's first birthday should be a special day. Unfortunately, we were left with disappointment. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOOK YOUR EVENT HERE.Sent

We had our little girls Fairy FIRST birthday party here and I can't say enough how perfect it was. Tyler manned our crowd alone, everyone was complementing how good the coffee was. And Bre had set up the most perfect fairy theme for me. Everyone had a great time. Clean environment. Fun -and stocked- game room for the bigs. It was just a dream. Highly recommend.

Brought my daughter here at 11 months before she could walk and she had a fun time crawling around and watching the toddlers and bigger kids. She is not typically interested in toys but a few things caught her eye here! I'm Excited to bring her back now that she's walking. The place is also very clean and I love that they have buckets on the side to put aside toys that a kid has put in their mouth. It's nice to know they're thinking about little things like that.
