Pink & White Nails

I visited today for the first time and I will definitely go back. Everyone was very nice and was patient with me on choosing my nail color. Kelly was amazing. She was extremely thorough with the manicure and pedicure, making sure the gel polish was perfect. For the price and the service I was very impressed.

I am reviewing to share a very disappointing and humiliating experience I had at your salon today. As a long-time customer, I have always enjoyed my visits and appreciated the skill and service provided by Nick, my usual nail technician. When I called the day before to make an appointment, I was informed that no appointment was necessary with Nick, I found that a little strange, but ok. However when I arrived the next day, Nick was working on another clients nail. I patiently waited expecting to see him afterwards, only to be told by Jenny with a round about story, that Nick did not want to do my nails anymore. For what reason I have no idea!!!!I think what made the situation worse is Jenny's unprofessional demeanor. Instead of addressing this matter privately or over the phone when I called the day before, she told me in front of a full shop to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Please use the correct decorum with clients and address all situations professionally and privately. As per your statement, my family and I will go to another nail salon. ***Updated review following owner's response:As the owner, managing pricing and communicating it to customers is your responsibility. Money is not an issue for me, and I would have gladly paid more for the service provided. Your professionalism, or lack thereof, is noteworthy.

Always do a great job on my nails! They are very welcoming and always accommodating. Two different styles I typically get are the ombre and matte black. Favorite

It's always hard moving to a new place and finding a good nail salon. This place is very clean, prices are reasonable, and they do a good job! I got a gel pedicure and it lasted me 3 weeks before I had to go back, and I am on my feet all day for work. I didn't get my techs name but she did a great job and made friendly conversation during my pedicure!

Beautiful salon, great customer service, Jenny and her Husband did me and my daughter's nails and we love them! Definitely check them out

I've always had a good experience at this neighborhood nail salon. I've done both nail art gel manicures and gel pedicures. My most recent pedicure was very meticulous and detailed- I did not feel rushed at all, and I felt that she made my feet as pretty as possible (I'm pretty hard on my feet). I've had more expensive pedis elsewhere in jacksonville that def weren't worth the money. Staff seems happy & pleasant with each other, which is also a nice atmosphere (not a catty salon haha). They dont have the largest selection of colors, but technique is most important to me.

Very friendly and timely Highly recommend Customer focus, reasonable prices, clean and well kept.

This is my go to no doubt. Jenny, Nick and their team never disappoint. Love my nails.

I have been getting my nails done nearly 30 years. I have been many places. A friend suggested Pink and White Nails after I was unhappy with the place I was going. Jenny does a great job here, where other nail salons, I have lost nails from lifting and also at the quick after they start to grow out snag my hair. This should not happen between fill ins. I have not experienced that since I started getting them done at Pink and White Nails. GREAT job! They understand me and make me feel welcome. I recommend Pink and White Nails.

I visited multiple different places over the years but always wanted to try somewhere else because I didn't like how things get done and how my nails looked different than each other or thick. Jenny shows very detailed attention to nails and makes sure they are all perfect and same size. I also liked her personality and how she is caring about her employees. She really cares about every person she works with. She also cares about her customers and value each of them. As I said I loved her caring personality plus perfect nail job plus there is always funny videos on tv and I love laughing I would give 100 starts if I could! I highly recommend them.
