Pho Today

We are regular customers here and it's a solid Vietnamese restaurant albeit more pricey. The pho is very good and you get a full garnish plate. Service is quick and friendly. This place is built to serve lots of people, because restaurant can be packed on certain nights.

If you're looking for pho with a bit of a twist, this spot might be up your alley! The ambiance is nice, and the menu has a modern feel with some creative options. We ordered the pho and the duck soup, and both were delicious but a bit different from the traditional flavors you might expect.The pho broth was good--clear, slightly sweet, and flavorful--but it leaned more on the sweeter side than what I'm used to. It's definitely a bit Americanized, but the flavors still work well if you're open to a twist on the usual.The duck soup was a nice surprise. The broth had a wonderful herbal depth that balanced out the sweetness, and the duck itself was tender. It's not often you find a good duck option on a pho menu, and they pulled it off.In terms of value, the quality is there, but it's definitely pricier than your average pho place. You're paying for a slightly upscale experience here, so it's worth it if you're in the mood for something different. Overall, a good spot if you're open to fusion flavors, but purists might find it a bit too sweet or mild.Service, like any pho place was relatively fast. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was still quite packed, a testament to how great this place is. I'll come again!

Great service and extremely friendly staff. I ordered the P1 Pho Soup to go. The portions were huge. The sauces were provided. I'am so happy to at I tried them out. Fresh and delicious ingredients.

First time dining in here and absolutely loved it! The restaurant has a great atmosphere and I would consider it to be a great date spot. The food was phenomenal and I will be recommending it to everyone who loves Pho! If you don't like Pho, they have other great hibachi style options. I throughly enjoyed the calamari and tofu spring rolls!

My daughter and a group of my girlfriends stopped by here after watching the movie Wicked. It was the perfect place to eat because it was close by and it was a chilly afternoon so pho sounded good. Everyone's entrees looked delicious. I ordered the Shrimp Pho (create your own) and it was very tasty. The broth was very flavorful and had about 5-6 large shrimp. The staff was attentive and friendly. The prices are reasonable for the portions they serve. This is a great place to enjoy a hot bowl of soup on a cold day.

I usually have a specific Pho spot, but I decided to venture out and try this new restaurant. It's conveniently located near my place, which was a pleasant surprise! The broth here was absolutely delicious. The Rare Steak was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The shrimp were fresh and succulent, and the shrimp spring rolls were a delightful appetizer. The peanut sauce was a perfect complement to the dish.

Pho Today is such an amazing place to go for a quick lunch in the middle of a workday. Anytime I'm feeling under the weather I have to grab some pho. The ingredients are so fresh and the service is quick. Such a cute cafe feeling vibe and the food never disappoints!! Not pictured is a Thai coffee to put a cherry on top of an amazing lunch!

I ordered here through DoorDash, and it was pretty good. I wanted to try a few different things. I started with the Fresh Salad Rolls with Shrimp & Pork, the Crispy Dumplings, and the Fried Shrimp Rolls. I loved the shrimp rolls as they were crispy and tasty. I wasn't the biggest fan of the dumplings. They tasted like the ones I get at every other restaurant or the ones I can buy frozen. The salad rolls were okay as well. For entrees, I tried the Rice Vermicelli Egg Rolls & Charbroiled Pork Bowl and the charbroiled chicken meal. I personally didn't enjoy them as much as I hoped. I have had them before elsewhere and preferred them more. I think ordering them for delivery took away some of the flavor and freshness. After heating leftovers the next day, it wasn't the same. I need to dine in and not order them for delivery next time. They are still very good.

The food is SO GOOD. I've been back several times. It's just so satisfying and fresh.

I tried this place while visiting my brother and introduced Pho to him and my sister in law and we all absolutely loved it. As first timers they were very impressed and found a great favorite restaurant being newbies in town. We were simpleAnd got 3 soups, build your own, and had plenty leftover for the two of them for the following day. We also had spring rolls. This Pho ranks in my top 3 in the entire U.S. Phonos my favorite food and I probably eat it 2-3 times a month. The Pho was very tasty and delicious.
