PGA TOUR Superstore - Jacksonville

I would really like to give MAJOR props to the PGA Superstore and Barry Milligan, the tournament & events marketing manager. I hosted a golf tournament in my son's honor and visited the store to discuss a gift certificate for an auction prize/winner's award. I left with SO MUCH MORE! They provided signage, goody bags, store coupons, allowed me to hang a flier in their lobby, and numerous other things. The staff was so willing to help me load all the signage & boxes into my car and even offered to unload them when I returned to signage. Top notch customer service!!! They may not even realize how helpful they were to me and the impact they had on our tournament. I will most definitely contact them again for any future tournaments I host.

I golf at least twice a week and it was clear that my old clubs no longer were working for me. It was time for new clubs and an overdue fitting. I made an appointment with Scott Schuster at the PGA Superstore in Jacksonville. Scott could not have been more helpful, Scott made it clear that his job was to find clubs that would be a marked improvement over what I had and it there was no measurable difference with a particular club, I should stay with my old club. We spend several hours with state of the art equipment and Scott went from some major adjustments to a precise fine tuning to match my clubs to my present game. My experience with PGA and Scott could not have been better. My only regret is that I took so long to have a fitting that is bound to improve my game.

I've been to this store many times. Only on 2 visits have I actually been greeted and approached. I was in the market for a new putter and I've been there 2x this past week. No one greeted me or asked me if I needed help. Unfortunately, this seems to be my experience anytime I'm in a golf store. If PGA wants to appeal to the masses, perhaps they should emphasize sales associates being friendlier and welcoming to women. While checking out(I bought a set of irons and a new putter) the cashier didn't even attempt to help me pick up the clubs. He watched me while a line stacked up behind me and I dropped them. Even Publix hands you the grocery bags and offers help to the car... come on.

It's every golfers dream store - 25,000 square feet of wall to wall equipment, apparel, and accessories. Orlando has a 50,000 square foot store and the mac daddy is in Myrtle Beach with 75,000 square feet! W O W!The back of the store has the area for testing clubs and hitting balls. As the employees do not work on commission they truly want to help you find the right equipment vs. just trying to sell you something. There's also a LARGE putting area in the middle of the store for testing putters. All the new clubs and balls are in this store and no high pressure sales so feel free to browse around.

You close at 6pm on a weekend in FLORIDA near a huge PGA tournament. Who decided this??? Fire them and hire me so I can keep it open on a weekend evening.... I'm writing this at 6:35 in the evening and the sun is shining bright outside.... Idiots

I'm a big fan of this store. Selection is fantastic for both men and woman. For everything golf related, shoes, balls, apparel, equipment, accessories, electronics, it's all here. Everything the pros are using, you can come here and find it. I recently came in looking for new golf shoes and was able to try on multiple brands and styles to help make the best decision. The stock is all out front and easy to find in your own but there's also staff to assist if you can't find what you want. They have a putter demo area with all the most popular putters for you to practice with. I recently received a Scotty Cameron putter as a gift for joining my club and wanted to try them out before selecting. PGATSS had them all and let me do just that. There's also a shop when you enter the store that re-grips old and new clubs right on the premises. Pretty cool. When I purchased my last set of clubs there's a fitting area that you can demo clubs and have your swing examined so you purchase the right equipment. All this under one roof!Conveniently located at the Town Center, just get in the car and drive here. Selection, price and the staff are all friendly. Be sure to join their rewards/email programs to get all the best deals and earn rewards on your purchases. They have some amazing veteran discounts sometimes as well.

Perfect place to go see and feel anything on your golf wish list.....before buying it elsewhere or on line.Now, the store is HUGE and beautiful.....but the prices just plain ridiculous...3 cases in point:Calloway Red, White and Blue (Chrome Soft Turvis) balls...saw all day on line for under $40....$45 at the store. Footjoy gloves (lower end) I paid 19.99 AT A GOLF COURSE for a 2 pack......12.99 ea. at the store.Was looking at the latest Cobra Iron sets - $599-$650 all day on line....$799 at the store.The website actually seemed to have some decent (not great) deals on stuff, but the store was just too out of line....Unless you absolutely have to have a special item today, save yourself the trip....and a lot of money.

Super friendly, helpful, and happy employees. Plus, they recognize female golfers in such a kind way!

Jack (Jonathan) Emerson is fantastic! Studio full bag fitting (3 hours) with Jack was a great experience, really good value, and there was an incredible selection. Jack is very knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and funny. I love numbers, data, and analytics, which I expressed to Jack, and he started to really drill down into the data which was fantastic! Jack was not pushy at all and I feel that I found the very best clubs for me (we tried a lot). I feel so confident in my game after this session, it's like I got the best golf lesson of my life (he is certified in lessons too) with my studio full bag fitting! If you are on the fence about upgrading your cheaper or older set of clubs, get in the studio with Jack!

Hilton was the best in helping my friend find the right club and such a joy to talk to along with Cameron helping us out at the end and wrapping the club definitely knew what he was doing!
