Great little shop with a lot of choices. He even let me sample their gelato. I was more in the mood for chocolate and there were so many choices! It also looks like a kids playground of fun! I was wishing I were still a little girl going in there! The gentleman behind the counter was a nice guy who gave us info on the chocolate and even on the separate bags of chocolate which was nice.

The chocolate was great but VERY VERY pricey. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Gave my niece free samples and helped us make a selection.

Oh my goodness. I love Peterbrooke but we were just ripped off at this store. Also they didn't have spoons for the ice cream. I will never come to this store again. This tiny cup is suppose to be two scoops of ice cream. Almost 5 dollars. Sad.

Signed my daughter (9) and Nieces( 13&15) up for their Chocolate making camp and they loved it!! They each came home with a big beautiful bag of treats they had made. The price was well worth it and something different and fun to do! I 100% recommend this activity!!

My friend and I had spent a long hot day touring the historical landmarks around the area and were craving something cold and refreshing. As we stopped into Publix for a moment we noticed Peterbrooke next door advertised gelato. Yes please!Walking into the heavenly aroma of a chocolate store is the best. The store is clean, bright and cheerful. The gal behind the counter was helpful and friendly letting us sample a couple options before we purchased. I got a small cup that contains two scoops, which don't have to be the same, so I chose triple chocolate and Banana Pecan Praline. The chocolate helped cut the banana flavor to the perfect flavor combo. It was delightful. We sat inside at the one high top they have available, enjoying the AC. Next time I'm in Fernandina I'll stop by again.

I recently went to the Fernandina location, and I've also been to the St. Augustine location. They're all exactly the same. If you love REAL chocolate, pure and simple, look elsewhere. This is a "boutique" chocolate shop, where, sure, you can get all kinds of crap dipped into mediocre chocolate as well as novelty shaped chocolates. For example, there are oreos, twinkies, popcorn, potato chips, and pretzels among other junk food dipped in chocolate. But the chocolate itself isn't great at all. There is nothing special here, folks... it's all pretty much junk. I asked where they sourced their cacao beans, and the store manager couldn't tell me. I asked the percentage of cacao in their dark chocolate, and again, no answer. I purchased some bulk dispenser dark chocolate covered nuts, and it turned out they were mislabeled and were really milk chocolate. They didn't have any dark chocolate ones, so they filled the bin with milk chocolate and didn't bother to re-label. Their chocolate is priced at a level where you would expect much better; a higher quality chocolate made with few and simple ingredients in an artisan fashion with a high percentage of cacao and not waxy extenders. We bought approximately 20 pcs of chocolate covered cashews and malt balls and it came to $13!! Honestly, this stuff is a small step up from Hershey's and nothing more. So if that's what you're used to, you may be impressed, but if you're used to something more like nearby (St. Augustine) Whetstone chocolates, then you will be sorely disappointed here. And you will pay more for it!

$2.25 for a child size the equivalent to maybe 2 tablespoons. I'll pass thanks. Had the real thing in Italy full scoop in a cone for a Euro.
