Overall a good experience. Everything from parking to check in was an ease. The ambiance of the waiting area was quite nice. The Vet's were all very thorough and knowledgeable. The only downside is cost.

We love bringing our fur babies Cooper and Cody to Pet Paradise World Golf Village. They have a blast there and are always running as fast as they can to get inside to play with the awesome staff and other fur babies. We can't say enough about this group of great people who take care of our dogs as if they were their own. We never worry while we are out of town when we leave them in the best hands at Pet Paradise WGV.

I am obsessed with WGV! Everyone at this facility is beyond kind and sweet. You can tell everyone loves their job here. THEY LITERALLY HAD A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR MY DOG!!! I feel so confident leaving my dog here and how well cared for Finley is. Susie and Gavin are absolute angels and are so kind and sweet. The attention to detail and just overall pure love they put into their jobs daily is amazing.

From the management to the vet staff, I couldn't be happier. The vet staff treats all of my pets like their own. 2 dogs, 2 different tumors and they have gone above and beyond for my dogs! Whether it's daycare, boarding or vet services I am so happy with every experience I've had with the world golf village location!

My pup loves coming here for day camp...especially enjoys pool time. I love being able to check in on the cameras. We also use the vet services and appreciate the thorough discussions and alternatives offered for care.

I will never take my dogs here again! After several vet visits and a couple rounds of antibiotics my dogs are just now starting to get better after their stay in July. My one dog is scarred on his face and it all could have been avoided had my dogs been getting the "attention" that they claim they were getting. I'll start off by saying I was glued to the cameras over my boys 9 day stay in hopes to see them at play time. I was able to see them 3 times. Half the times the cameras were down, other times "pool" camera was missing and that is where they were at play time so I had to watch another camera and catch glimpses of them in a corner. I will say what I did see I was not happy with. My 1 dog has a fear of water. They had play time at the pool. It was very clear to me he was trying to hide behind or find comfort from the employee and they paid no attention whatsoever. I even watched the cameras when my dogs weren't out there just to observe how these people interacted with the dogs and I can't say that I saw any good interaction. These people don't seem like dog lovers to me. No interaction whatsoever! Now here is the EXTREMELY frustrating part. Upon getting my dogs home we noticed 1 with two cuts near his eye and both dogs sneezing and coughing like crazy. Tons of snot! During their stay I called multiple times to check on my dogs and I was assured that both were doing great and getting lots of extra attention. There is NO WAY the injuries near my dogs eye and the amount of snot and sneezing should have gone unnoticed had my dogs received the "attention" they claimed they were getting. Whats worse is they have a vet on staff. Had they called me I would have had no issues paying whatever it cost to have them looked at and taken care of properly so this wasn't left untreated. Both had severe upper respiratory infections. I did reach out to a manager the day after picking them up and got very little sympathy and was already getting the "well we would have to determine if they got sick/injured after you picked them up and they would have to talk to district managers..blah blah blahh... it was clear to me at that point they were not going to do anything to make it right nor apologize for basically neglecting my dogs.

I boarded my dog here for 4 nights, 5 days. The staff was very friendly. They have webcams set up in the play areas so I could see my dog playing and interacting with the other dogs. They also have a pool and the dogs could play in the pool area on warmer days. When I picked my dog up, she was happy and healthy. The prices were also very reasonable.

The experience is only as good as the staff member. The one they had in Tiny town was awful. If I wanted my dog to sit in a corner and do nothing, I would have done that at home

I have been taking my dog here once a week for the day camps for the past 7-8 months. This location does have a few employees who genuinely care and love the dogs. It's also nice how you can see them on the cameras. Before I found forever vets (much better priced and quality of care/services than pet paradise)....This location in my experience:-Has Poor management that doesn't care for any of your concerns for your pets (I personally never met the manager also)-this location has lost my leash multiple times-I requested my 40 pound dog to be able to play outside and they kept putting her in the tiny dog area. So that's my honest review. This pet paradise is not bad, but I would definitely check out other places
